Is moodiness part of the fallen nature?

I notice one thing with people {I would say mostly the unsaved, but I've seen this with Christians too} is that they're "moody", and sometimes for almost no reason, they'll "snap at you, or "show their true colors, and give a selfish or arrogant reply if you say or ask something, Like, they just blurt out what they want, not caring about the other person at all. Even amongst "friends" I've seen this. {Family members too.}. And yes, Christians do this too. Like these people are making you a scapegoat for their own miserable feelings. They give in to their emotions, and just "have at you." {Only thinking of themselves.} Now, the origin of this kind of attitude? I think this "harsh tongue" is part of the fallen nature. Think so?

Sometimes people have mental illnesses and they aren't able to exactly control their moodiness, even when on medication. Mental illnesses are hereditary and may have come from their families. I speak from personal experience and having known people like this.

In some cases...but also, I think they may be feeling miserable at a certain time, and if someone is "in the wrong place at the wrong time", they just use them as a scapegoat for their feelings.

If we are full of the Holy Spirit our character and personality should be like Jesus. Full of mercy and compassion for lost souls we see every day of our life. Significant mood changes in our life may come from the devl of from some sort of depression, bipolar disorders or stress. All kinds of moodiness we may have give it all to Jesus. He will take away everything that comes to us. If satan is bringing this to our life, then Jesus will cast him out of our house and our heart. Just call on His name and you will be delivered.

We know some obvious works of the flesh, others I suspect. Now one thing out in the world I see is that everyone is going their own way, trying to satisfy their own strong feelings on things, and each person is at odds with each other, even arguments this one to that, creating a disorganized...

I sometimes deal with people like this, so not just a thought or hypothetical. We read "God did not give us the spirit of fear." Yet I know some people who are afraid of or worried about every little thing, and also distrust everyone, including those trying to help them. They're fearful and...
