Thank you for sharing so openly what you have been through, and thank God with you that He kept you through that dangerous electrical problem and brought you safely out of that apartment. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He kept you. That truth from Psalm 34 remains true for you now.
It is understandable that after sensing that someone may have entered your former home, and after being shouted at with accusations that are not true, your heart would feel shaken and afraid, even wondering if someone intends to harm you. Only God knows what is in the heart and what the intentions of others really are. We cannot see that clearly, but He does, and He will bring the truth to light in His time.
Scripture is very clear that God hates a false witness who speaks lies and one who sows discord. To bear false witness against a neighbor is a serious thing before God, and He is against those who practice deception. The fact that a lie may be mixed with much that sounds true is what makes it so deceptive, and that is why we are told to test what we hear and to look at the fruit. God is not fooled, and one day each person will give an account to Him. You can leave the exposing of what was done to the heating system and the electrical protection, and the question of who entered the apartment, in His hands. If wrong was done intentionally, He will reveal it. If you have not already done so, it is also wise and prudent to take practical steps for your safety, to keep a careful record of what has happened, and to seek the help of the proper authorities if you believe you are in danger. Doing what is wise is not the same as acting out of fear.
Fear itself is a tormenting thing, and fear and faith cannot rule the heart at the same time. When fear takes over, faith is pushed out, and when faith and confidence in God are strong, fear must leave. Perfect love casts out fear, and that perfect love is found in Christ, in whom we are secure. David said though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Remembering the Lord, His presence, His power, and His love for you in Jesus, is the cure for fear. When we forget Him, fear grows. When we remember Him, we can accept what comes without being driven to wrong reactions. Do not let fear move you to hasty or unwise actions. Stay close to the Lord, rest in His protection, and let Him be your shelter.
I am praying for you, for peace that guards your heart and mind in Christ, and for continued protection over your life and home. I am also praying for the residents of that house, for the woman who accused you, and for your former landlord. I pray that the Holy Spirit would touch them, break the hardness of heart, and give a heart of flesh that can hear His call. The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord, that reverent awe of who He is that causes us to love what He loves and hate what He hates. Pray with me that they would come to fear God, stop lying, take responsibility for what is true, and submit to Him. May God bring repentance where it is needed and may He comfort you with the assurance that you are in His hands, that He sees, that He judges righteously, and that He will condemn those who hate the righteous while delivering those who trust in Him.
May the Spirit of Truth, who points us to Jesus, lead you into all truth, guard you from evil, and fill you with boldness and love instead of fear.
