Is it possible this aggressive woman might have hired people to kill me? Spirit of Truth, Jesus shows us the truth...

Kensem

Beloved of All
I asked a lot of prayers because of a life-threatening electrical problem in my rented apartment. Thank God, I survived and moved out. But the story hasn't seemed to end there.
While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We have read your request with deep concern and we thank God with you that He preserved your life through that dangerous electrical situation and again when you were falsely accused. We understand the fear and distress you feel when you wonder if someone entered your apartment and intentionally caused harm, and when you were confronted with angry lies. Only God knows the hearts and intentions of all people, and we join you in asking Him to reveal the truth and to protect you.

We take comfort in what is written in Psalm 34:19, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all, and in Psalm 34:20, He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken, and in Psalm 91:1, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We also remember the promise of Jesus about the Holy Spirit in John 16:13, However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, and in Luke 8:17, For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. God sees what is done in secret and He will bring truth to light in His perfect time and way.

We encourage you not to live in fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as written in 2 Timothy 1:7, and we are told in Philippians 4:6-7 not to be anxious but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to let our requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus. At the same time we encourage you with wisdom to take practical steps for your safety. If you believe your life was endangered or that someone tampered with the electrical system to cause harm, we urge you to document everything you have observed carefully, to keep any evidence and communications, and to seek godly counsel and also proper legal advice and to report your concerns to the appropriate authorities who are appointed by God to uphold justice as described in Romans 13:1. We also encourage you to ensure your current dwelling is safe and to share your concerns with trusted brothers or sisters in Christ or a pastor who can walk with you and help you discern next steps. We caution against holding onto suspicion as settled truth without clear evidence, and we encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness while still seeking truth and accountability.

We are also mindful of the call to love our enemies and to leave vengeance to God. It is written in Romans 12:19, Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, and in Matthew 5:44, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. This does not mean that wrongdoing should be ignored or that you should not seek lawful protection and responsibility, but it means we entrust final justice to God and we pray even for those who have wronged us that they would come to repentance.

We join you now together in prayer in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard, as Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that You are our refuge and deliverer and that You kept our dear one from death in that apartment. We ask You to surround this person with Your protection now and to give perfect peace to replace fear. Lord, You know the truth about the electrical dangers, about who entered the apartment, about the heating system and the RCD and whether there was intentional harm, and about the lies spoken by that woman. We ask that You as the Spirit of Truth would reveal what is hidden and expose any wrongdoing, and that You would also clear the innocent and let the truth be known to all the residents of that house. We pray for that woman and for the former landlord and for all residents there, that You would soften hard hearts. We pray as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26 that You would give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, that You would take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they would hear Your call, submit to You, stop lying, take responsibility for any negligence or wrong, and make what is right including apology and just compensation if it is due. We pray that You would convict where there is guilt and bring repentance and that You would also protect all tenants in that building from further danger. Give wisdom to our dear one about how to pursue truth and justice in a lawful and peaceable way, and provide wise counselors and advocates. Help us all to forgive as You have forgiven us, to not harbor hatred, but to desire redemption even for those who have done evil. We trust Your justice and Your mercy and we thank You that You redeem the soul of Your servants and none who take refuge in You shall be condemned. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him, to remain in prayer and in the Word, and to walk in both truth and grace. God is your defender and He will not forsake you. We pray that He will give you rest, restore what was taken, and use even this painful trial to draw you and others closer to Himself.

We were so thankful to read that you got out of that apartment safely. Living for months with electrical danger and shocks in your own home, and then wondering if someone had been entering while you lived there, would leave anyone feeling on edge and exhausted. It makes sense that the angry confrontation last week shook you again, especially when you were accused of something you know you did not do.

We hear how much you want the truth to be clear and for those involved to take responsibility, and how painful it has been to get no apology or response after all this time. We are praying with you for protection and peace as you settle elsewhere, and for clarity where there has been so much confusion and hard communication.

In these weeks it can help not to carry this alone. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor, or wise advocate nearby, consider sharing the full timeline with them and keeping a simple written record of what happened and any ongoing contact. They can also help you think through any lawful, calm next steps about the landlord or compensation, so you do not have to chase answers by yourself. Staying connected to steady community often eases the fear that lingers after a threatening living situation.

Father, we thank You that You kept this dear one safe and brought them out. We ask You to guard their home and sleep now, quiet their heart when fear rises, and lead them in wisdom. Touch each person involved, soften hardness, and bring truth into the light in Your way and time. Give our friend rest and trusted support in the days ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

It has pleased the Lord to allow you to pass through deep waters, and your letter tells of affliction upon affliction. You have known the terror of a dwelling made dangerous by faulty power, the shock of the body in the place that should have been safe, and now the distress of suspicion and slander and an angry accusation from one you had never known. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He who kept you in that perilous apartment keeps you still. Not a bone of His redeemed shall be broken without His leave, and not a hair shall fall without His knowledge.

You ask whether evil intent lay behind the danger, whether hands entered your room or tampered with the heating and the protection that should have guarded you from harm. Only God knows what is in the heart of man. He searches the inward parts and will bring to light the hidden things of darkness. It is right to pray that truth be made manifest, that if wrong has been done it be exposed, and that justice be done in the sight of all. It is also right to commit the matter to Him who judges righteously, and to seek lawful help where danger to life is concerned, while leaving vengeance to the Lord.

There is a word which grows very plentifully in God's garden, and it is this, Fear not. Fear not, for I am with you. Fear not, I will help you. Fear not, thou worm Jacob. The Lord says not Fear a little, but Fear not at all, and to be afraid is to disobey His kind command. Fear is weakening and it dishonours God, as though the arm which piled the heavens could be palsied. Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. This is meant to remove the fear arising out of sharp persecution. Your fear of death, which has had reason to be awakened by these shocks and threats, is to be conquered not by looking inward but by looking unto Jesus, who has destroyed him that had the power of death. In proportion as faith grows strong, fear will vanish.

Persecution, even when it does not take the form of imprisonment but of slander and cruel mocking and venomous spite, has its usefulness under God. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has often blessed His people by their persecution. When you fear you are defeated, you may say, I will do all the more in prayer, in trust, in holy living.

You ask prayer for those who have accused you falsely and for the landlord who avoids you and shows no remorse. This is a Christlike request. May the Lord indeed break the hardness and give a heart of flesh, putting His fear within them that they shall not depart from Him. Forgiveness of sin is essential to true fear of God, and where it is enjoyed it brings a holy awe and love for Him through the precious blood of Christ. Apart from that forgiveness there is no fear of God before their eyes. Pray then not only that they may speak truth and take responsibility and make restitution where it is due, but that they may be brought to know themselves as sinners and to flee to Jesus, who went up to the accursed tree and gave Himself up to die a felon's death so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes.

Let us pray together. O Lord, Thou Spirit of Truth, Thou seest what is hidden and Thou knowest every intent. Deliver Thy servant from all fear, and perfect that which concerneth him. Guard his dwelling and his going out and coming in. Let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let every tongue that rises against him in judgment be shown to be false. Bring to light what has been done in darkness, for the sake of justice and for the safety of others. Touch the hearts of the residents of that house, the woman who has spoken in anger, and the landlord who turns away, that they may love truth and forsake lying, that they may have remorse and take responsibility, and above all that they may receive a new heart and a new spirit through faith in Christ. Keep Thy child in perfect peace, his mind stayed on Thee, trusting in Thy promised strength, labouring to get rid of fear because Thou hast said, Fear not, for I will help thee. Through Jesus Christ our only Saviour, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your request and we have taken it to the Lord with care. Thank God that He preserved your life through that dangerous electrical problem and brought you out of that apartment. It is right to give thanks for His protection, and it is also right to bring the remaining fear, confusion and hurt before Him honestly.

Only God knows the heart and the true intentions behind what happened. You are wise to say that you do not know for certain what was deliberate and what was neglect. Scripture warns us how serious false accusation is, both for the one accused and for the one who speaks. The word teaches that a matter is to be established by two or three witnesses and that we should be slow to receive an accusation without clear evidence. Hasty suspicion can injure our own souls even as it harms others, and it does not bring the peace that justice brings. At the same time God sees in secret, He loves truth, and He promises that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He will in His time make the truth known and He will judge with perfect righteousness. Vengeance belongs to Him, and He will put all enemies under His feet.

We join you in prayer:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You that You kept this life from harm. We ask You to continue to guard and give peace to the one who was in danger. Lord, You know what happened in that apartment, whether there was carelessness, dishonesty, or intent to harm. Bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and Your time. Where there has been wrongdoing or neglect, grant that it would be clearly shown so that no one else is endangered.

We pray for the former landlord and for the woman who confronted you, and for all the residents of that house. Soften hearts of stone and give hearts of flesh. Bring conviction where there has been lying or evasion, and grant repentance and willingness to take responsibility and to make what is right. Protect all from further false accusation and from plotting or envy, and help everyone involved to speak truthfully and to act justly.

We pray also for you, that the Lord would free you from anxiety and fear, heal the memory of those months, and help you to walk in forgiveness while still seeking what is right through lawful and orderly means. Give wisdom to know what steps to take, whether to document what happened, to seek a qualified inspection report, or to speak with proper authorities if there remains a danger to others. Keep you from returning accusation for accusation, and crown a life of patience and trust with His peace even now.

We ask this trusting that salvation and deliverance are through Jesus Christ alone, and that He is our refuge and judge. May the Holy Spirit work in every heart to hear His call and to submit to Him. Amen.

Continue to rest in Christ, to seek wise counsel in your community, and to entrust both truth and justice to God who does all things well.
