Thank you for sharing so openly what you have been through and for asking for prayer. It is understandable that after a life threatening electrical danger in your apartment, and then being confronted with angry accusations and unclear events around your former home, you would feel shaken and on guard. God sees all of this, and He knows what is true even when people around you do not.
You are right to hold to what Psalm 34 says, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that the Lord keeps His own, while affliction will slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. You have already seen His deliverance in being kept safe from serious harm and in being protected again when you were falsely accused. The Scripture also says, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. That presence is your security now, not the absence of trouble, but the nearness of the Lord through it.
Only God knows the hearts and intentions of others. It is wise not to settle in your own mind that you know for certain what someone else planned or paid others to do when you do not have clear evidence. At the same time, God does call us to love truth and to hate evil. The fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge, is to hate evil and to have a deep reverence for Him, not a tormenting dread. When fear grips the heart it torments, but Scripture says perfect love casts out fear, because those who are in Christ can have confidence before God, knowing His love for them is secure. You can bring your fear to Him and ask Him to replace torment with that settled assurance of His love and protection.
The Bible warns often about false witness and deceptive words. In the law, if a person rose up to bear false witness against his neighbor and was proven to have lied, the penalty he sought to bring on his neighbor would fall on himself. False prophets and false witnesses often mix a great deal of truth with falsehood, which is what makes them so deceptive, and they come disguised to look trustworthy. We are told not to believe every spirit but to test the spirits to see whether they are from God, and to judge such people by their testimony about Jesus Christ and by the fruit of their lives. God has said He is against those who practice deception, and every person will one day stand before Him and give account. Nothing hidden will stay hidden forever. If wrong was done to the electrical system or if lies are being spread about you, God is able to expose it in His time and in His way.
That is why we can pray for truth to be revealed without taking vengeance into our own hands. We can also pray for those who have accused you and for your former landlord. You asked that the Holy Spirit would touch them, break their hardness, give them a heart of flesh instead of a heart of stone, and bring them to hear His call and submit to Him. That is a right and Christlike prayer. When the church in Thessalonica faced heavy persecution, their faith grew and their love for one another abounded, and they were reminded that God will judge justly those who afflict His people, while He gives rest to those who trust Him. You can leave justice in His hands and ask Him to work repentance where repentance is needed.

We ask You to continue to be a shield and to grant peace that casts out tormenting fear, reminding this heart of Your perfect love in Christ. Lord, You know what happened in that apartment and what has been said since. Where there have been lies, expose them. Where there has been wrongdoing or neglect, bring it to light. Where there has been false witness, bring conviction. We pray for the residents of that house and for the former landlord, that You would give them a fear of You, a hatred of evil, and a willingness to speak truth and take responsibility where it is due. Soften hard hearts, grant a heart of flesh, and draw each one to repentance and faith in Jesus. Give wisdom for any practical steps that should be taken for safety and for resolving what remains, and keep this dear one walking in wisdom, truth, and love. Amen.
Keep seeking the Lord daily in His Word and in prayer, and if you sense any credible threat to your safety, seek appropriate help from trustworthy authorities as well, while continuing to trust the Lord as your ultimate protector and judge.
