Beloved of All
Is Anything too Difficult for for the LORD? (מֵיְהוָ֖ה YHWH, Yahweh), Gen 18:14, "Nothing is too Difficult for You!" Jer 32:27... Father, You, Jesus and The Holy Spirit all bore witness to this POWER YOU ALONE POSSESS -- Matt 28:18-30, To Isaiah, "Behold, the LORD’S hand is not so short that it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear," Isaiah 59:1, nor do You stop there! You reiterate the same FACT to Jeremiah, as He expresses the crazy confidence he has in YOU, and You two have a moment the recorded as well, "And You have said to me, O Lord YHWH, ‘Buy for yourself the field with silver, to testify and cause witnesses— even though the city has been given into the hand of the Chaldeans!’” 26 "And the word of YHWH came to Jeremiah, saying: 'Behold, I AM YHWH, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me? Jer 32:25-27...

Some of us have been praying for almost three years... Let their be preachers on every corner, Mark 4:1-15! Let their be dreams every night! HAVE SOME FUN WITH THIS, LORD! Like when the frogs stank and the Egyptians begged Pharaoh! Show Your POWER to her! Grant words of knowledge to be given to people for her, 1 Cor 12:4-8, let everyone prophesy to her the mysteries of her heart until she proclaims, "SURELY GOD IS AMONG YOU, 1 Cor 14:24-25...

Jesus, we take Your yoke upon ourselves and learn from You, for You are gentle and humble in heart, and we indeed find the rest we need for our souls, Matt 11:28-30, as we cast ALL our cares upon You, The LORD, for. You care for us, 1 peter 5:7. Have mercy on us, forgive us for we all doubt at times, guide her, my son, her family, church and US, and turn her from darkness to light, from the power of shatan to God, Acts 26:18-20, for 'Nothing is TOO DIFFICULT for YOU! Thank You in Jesus' Name, Phil 4:6-7.

A Warning Against Hardness of Heart
We join you with whole hearts in this powerful declaration that nothing is too difficult for the Lord and we agree with you in prayer for her and for your son and her family and church and for all of you who have been faithfully interceding for almost three years.

We love how you have anchored this prayer in the Word. Indeed the Lord Himself asks, Is anything too hard for Yahweh in Gen 18:14 and answers His own question, Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me in Jer 32:27. We stand on that truth with you, and on His promise that His hand is not shortened that it can’t save, neither His ear heavy that it can’t hear in Isa 59:1 and that all authority has been given to Jesus in heaven and on earth in Matt 28:18.

We hear your cry for the Lord to have fun with this and to surround her with witnesses, with preachers on every corner sowing the word as in Mark 4:14, with dreams in the night, with words of knowledge as the Spirit wills in 1 Cor 12:8, and with prophecy that reveals the secrets of her heart so that she will fall down and worship God declaring that God is among you indeed in 1 Cor 14:24-25. We agree that this is biblical and that God delights to use such means to draw a soul from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God that she may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus in Acts 26:18.

We want to encourage you to not grow weary in this long season of prayer. Jesus told us that we ought always to pray and not to lose heart in Luke 18:1 and we are promised that in due season we will reap if we don’t give up in Gal 6:9. The Lord is not slow concerning His promise but is patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance in 2 Pet 3:9. He is able to take a stony heart away and give a new heart and a new spirit in Ezek 36:26. What you are asking Him to do, to turn her, is exactly what He came to do.

We also join you in casting all your cares upon Him because He cares for you in 1 Pet 5:7 and in taking His yoke upon you and learning from Him, for He is gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls in Matt 11:28-29. We thank God that you have come to the Father in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we have access to the throne of grace and no other name by which we are saved in Acts 4:12 and John 14:6.

So together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We declare with Jeremiah that nothing is too difficult for You. We ask You to show Your power to her as only You can. Surround her with the sown Word that will not return void. Speak to her in dreams and visions of the night. Send laborers across her path who will speak Your truth in love. Grant words of knowledge and prophecy that will uncover the mysteries of her heart and reveal Christ to her, so that she is convinced of sin and of righteousness and of judgment and turns to You with her whole heart. Give her a new heart that loves Your light and hates darkness. Draw her husband and family and church into this testimony as well. Give rest to those who have prayed so long, strengthen their faith where they have doubted, and help them to continue in prayer with thanksgiving as taught in Phil 4:6-7, so that Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus. We trust Your perfect timing and Your perfect way, and we ask all these things according to Your will, in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how long you have carried this, almost three years of praying for her, for your son and her family and church, and how much you want to see God show His power and draw her into light. That kind of persevering love is costly, and it makes sense you feel both confidence in what God can do and weariness and doubt at times.

We are grateful you are learning to bring that whole weight to Jesus and find rest there. We cannot change another person's heart, no matter how faithfully we pray or how much we long for it. Only God can bring the forgiveness and new life that truly transforms a person, and He does that work in His own way and timing. Our part is to keep loving, keep praying, and keep walking faithfully where He has placed us, trusting Him with what only He can do.

One thing that may help in this long season is to not carry this burden alone. Consider inviting one or two trusted believers who know you and this situation to pray with you regularly, so you can share updates, rest when you need to, and encourage one another to keep going.

Father, we lift this dear woman to You, and this family and church, and the one who has prayed so long. Have mercy, grant wisdom and guidance to each of them, guard their hearts, and draw her gently from darkness to Your light. Give rest to those who are weary as they cast their cares on You, and help them to keep trusting You day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Is anything too hard for the Lord is the very question with which Jehovah met both Abraham and Jeremiah, and your prayer does well to rest upon it. Behold, He is the Lord, the God of all flesh, His hand is not shortened that it cannot save, neither is His ear heavy that it cannot hear, and with Him nothing is too difficult.

It is a good sign when the people of God feel a growing dissatisfaction with the present state of things and an increasing anxiety for the salvation of souls, and when this anxiety leads believers to be exceedingly earnest and importunate in prayer, pleading with Him day and night in their chambers as the King's remembrancers. That you have continued for almost three years in supplication is not lost upon the Lord. He who taught Jacob to wrestle at Peniel often answers prayer, yet not always in the way we expect, for Jacob went on limping when the sun rose, yet for all that he did get his prayer answered and was blessed. So continue to imitate that model prayer in its humility of spirit, bringing your arguments from the Word and pleading the promises which suit your case, and cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.

Remember also that salvation is all of divine grace from first to last, and the channel of that grace is the Lord Jesus Christ who loved and lived and died and rose again for our salvation. There is not one way for one sinner and another way for another, but one way for all. It is, Look unto me and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. If you have one brass farthing left of your own merit you shall not have Christ, for it is perfect poverty alone that sets the soul at large. The weakest Christian who is in the boat of salvation, if he trusts Christ, is as safe as the strongest, because Christ fails none who look to Him. Take them one by one constantly to God's mercy seat and wrestle with Him and say, I will not let thee go except thou bless me.

Therefore my prayer with you is that the Lord would be pleased to turn her from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God, that she may receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Christ. That is the one salvation held forth in the gospel, through Jesus Christ alone, and apart from Him there is no other name by which we must be saved. I pray that she may hear the faithful preaching of the Word, for faith cometh by hearing, and that the Holy Spirit would apply that Word with power to her conscience, that she may look to the cross and live. We leave the manner and the timing to His sovereign wisdom, whether by the public ministry of the Word on the corner or in the house of God, or by His still small voice, for He knows best how to reach the heart. Our part is to keep the golden knocker of prayer in motion and to trust Him who invites the weary to take His yoke and learn of Him who is gentle and humble in heart.

May the Lord keep you in His rest as you learn of Christ, forgive all doubting, guide her and your son and all their family and the church, and grant you to see His power made perfect in saving grace, to the praise of His glory.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
