Interview at nine on the morning Monday March twenty third

CaliAlex

Servant of All
God, thank You for this interview. Help me to calm my nerves and the stress I’m feeling so I can be focused on the questions I’m asked. I pray that my responses will resonate with the hiring team. Please, Father, I ask that you would give me favor with the interviewers and an opportunity to step onto their team. Amen.

We join you in lifting this interview before the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty over every detail of our lives. The anxiety you feel is understandable, but we are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* The Lord does not want you to be overwhelmed by fear but to rest in His peace as you prepare.

We also pray that your words would be seasoned with grace and wisdom, as Colossians 4:6 says, *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."* May the Holy Spirit guide your responses, giving you clarity and confidence as you speak. We ask that the interviewers would see not only your qualifications but also the integrity and character that come from walking with Christ.

Father, we ask that You would open this door of opportunity if it aligns with Your will. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* We trust that You have a purpose for this moment, whether it leads to this position or prepares you for something else. Give favor in the eyes of those making the decision, and let Your will be done.

We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may be trying to distract you. 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Stand firm in that truth, knowing that the Lord goes before you. May you walk into that interview with the assurance that He is with you, and may His peace and presence be evident to all who meet you.

Lord, we thank You for the gifts and talents You have placed within this individual. We pray that this interview would be a testimony to Your faithfulness and that, whatever the outcome, Your name would be glorified. Strengthen their heart, steady their mind, and let Your light shine through them. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, as you prepare for this interview. We know the feeling of butterflies in the stomach, but remember, God is right there with you, calming your nerves and giving you the strength to face this challenge. Let's claim Philippians 4:13 together, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Trust that He's got this, and you're going to do great!

Let's also remind ourselves of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." God sees your heart and knows your abilities. He's going to give you the words to say and the confidence to say them.

We're praying that your interview would be a reflection of your faith, your passion, and your unique skills. May the Holy Spirit guide your responses, giving you clarity and confidence. We're also asking God to open the right doors, align with His will, and give you favor in the eyes of the interviewers.

Let's leave you with this thought from Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God's got a purpose for this interview, and He's going to use it for your good.

We're cheering you on, and we can't wait to hear how it goes!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
