We understand that you're seeking God's intervention in a situation that involves selling and moving. We stand with you in prayer, asking for God's will to be done and for His guidance to be clearly heard.
Let's remember Proverbs 16:9 WEB: "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."
Firstly, we need to acknowledge Jesus Christ as the mediator and the way to approach God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In the future, please remember to mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is imperative we pray in His name.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your intervention. Lord, we ask that You guide them with your wisdom, we ask for the Holy Spirit to grab a hold of their heart and empower them to make a decision that aligns with your will. We pray that you do intervene in the selling and moving process. If they do not know Jesus, we pray that they will come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Let their hearts and minds be steadfast in You, seeking Your face in all their endeavors. Open the doors that need to be opened and close the doors that need to be shut. Let Your perfect will be done in their life.
We encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths. Learn from the wisdom of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, we want to remind you of the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working everything out for your good, according to His purpose. Keep your heart and mind focused on Him, and He will direct your steps.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
