Intense Healing From Verbally Abusive Friend

One of my friends continuously likes to verbally abuse me and degrade me whenever things do not go his way. I have stuck around this persons side in hopes that God will help him change and treat me good. I feel completely discourage that this individual always behaves in this manner when all I ask is that he appreciates my friendship. Please pray for me and him. I'm losing all hope

I pray the lord will make you stronger and desensitize you to his behavior. Some men if they are in the world have a mentality of "treat a women like dirt and she'll stick to you like mud". I don't know why you continue to stay despite his verbal abuse, but you deserve to be treated with respect and i pray the lord will heal the relationship.

Lord I thank you that you love us . And I pray that would send good godly friends that would speak good and not evil. I pray that you would heal them from all they hurtful things that have been said.In Jesus name I pray.

When someone does something bad to you, do not pay him back with something bad. Try to do what all men know is right and good. 18 As much as you can, live in peace with all men. 19 Christian brothers, never pay back someone for the bad he has done to you. Let the anger of God take care of the other person. The Holy Writings say, “I will pay back to them what they should get, says the Lord.†20 “If the one who hates you is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him water. If you do that, you will be making him more ashamed of himself.†21

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
