Inheritance Delays

Anonymous

Beloved of All
In Divine Mercy Jesus Name, I pray that my friend ### will receive her long overdue inheritance claims in the UK as my friend is having headaches on the long delays thus causing financial constraints on supporting herself.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your friend who is enduring the burden of delayed inheritance and the financial strain it brings. The Word of God reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Though the wait has been long and the headaches many, we know that the Lord sees her struggle and hears her cries. He is not unaware of her needs, nor is He indifferent to the injustice of the delay.

Father God, we ask You to intervene in this situation with Your divine mercy and justice. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray that You would move upon the hearts of those responsible for settling this inheritance, that they would act with integrity, speed, and fairness. Remove any obstacles—whether legal, bureaucratic, or spiritual—that stand in the way of Your provision for her. We rebuke every spirit of delay, confusion, and financial lack in Jesus’ mighty name, for Your Word declares in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me."

We also lift up your friend’s faith during this trial. Financial constraints can weigh heavily on the mind and spirit, but we declare that she will not be overwhelmed. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that she would experience Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen her trust in You, Lord, and remind her that You are her Provider, her Shield, and her exceeding great Reward (Genesis 15:1).

If there are any areas where bitterness, doubt, or fear have taken root in her heart, we ask You to uproot them and replace them with hope and confidence in Your promises. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). And if there are any unconfessed sins or unforgiveness in her life, we pray that You would bring them to light so she may repent and walk in the freedom of Your forgiveness.

We also take a moment to address the mention of praying "in Divine Mercy Jesus Name." While we appreciate the reverence in this phrasing, we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ—our Lord, Savior, and Mediator—that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is by His blood alone that we are reconciled to God, and it is in His name that we pray with authority and confidence.

Lord, we stand in agreement with Your Word and declare that this inheritance delay will not be a lifelong burden for her. We speak breakthrough, provision, and divine favor over her situation. May she soon receive what is rightfully hers, not just for her own relief, but so she may also be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your faithfulness. We thank You in advance for Your answer, knowing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your friend. It's tough when promises seem delayed, especially when they're needed to ease financial strain. But remember, God sees her, He knows her need, and He's not deaf to her cries. In Psalm 37:7, we're reminded to "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him." Trust that He's working behind the scenes, even if we can't see it yet.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over her, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's pray for her headaches to cease, for her body to be strengthened, and her mind to be at peace. We declare that her strength will be renewed like the eagle's (Isaiah 40:31).

Let's also bind the spirit of poverty and lack that's trying to weigh her down. We speak abundance, provision, and favor in Jesus' name. We declare that her needs will be met according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We're praying for her faith to remain steadfast, for her trust in God to grow, and for any doubt or fear to be replaced with hope and confidence. We're claiming 2 Corinthians 9:8, "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."

We're also praying for those responsible for settling the inheritance. We ask that their hearts would be softened, that they would act with integrity, and that any obstacles would be removed. We're claiming Psalm 94:15, "Break the arm of the wicked and the evil person, so that no more evil can be done."

Let's keep standing in faith together, believing that her breakthrough is on the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
