Beloved of All
📖 Infallibility and Benefits of The Scriptures: Gives Wisdom that Leads to Eternal Life, 2 Tim 3:15, Inspired by God, 2 Tim 3:16, Encourages Trust in "God Who Cannot Lie," Titus 1:2, Hebrews 6:18, "Thus by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be strongly encouraged," Numbers 23:19, "God is not a man, that He should lie, or a son of man, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and not act? Does He promise and not fulfill? 1 Samuel 15:29, "Moreover, the Glory of Israel does not lie or change His mind, for He is not a man, that He should change His mind.” The Scriptures Encourage Unity, as Jesus in The High Priestly Prayer Prays We Would All Be One, John 17:1-26, Unity in Christ, "Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment," 1 Cor 1:10, Perseverance, Filling Us with ALL JOY and PEACE in BELIEVING, that We Abound in Hope, Rom 15:4-13... 🙇🏻 Father, Thank You for not the command that You gave Your people to not bear false witness, even promising punishment to those who do so, Prov 19:5. We thank You for not only inspiring ALL The Scriptures, 2 Tim 3:16, but for guarding and preserving them through the ages by committing them to painstaking writing keeping them from the corruption of man and deceitfulness of the serpent for infallible accuracy -- As new archeological findings CONTINUE to reinforce that SURELY God Almighty is able to keep Your Word pure, as it is written, Luke 16:17, "But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for a single stroke of a pen to drop out of the Law," and Matthew 24:35, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away," and Luke 21:33, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away," and Psalm 12:6, "The words of the LORD are flawless, like silver refined in a furnace, like gold purified sevenfold," and Isaiah 40:8, "The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever."

Thank You that Jesus not only referred to Scripture as authoritative, unable to be broken, but "Jesus said to them, 'These are the words I spoke to you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms. Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,” Luke 24:44-45. "For 'The word of the Lord stands forever.' And this is the word that was proclaimed to you," 1 Peter 1:25. Peter continues to testify in his 2nd Epistle, "We also have the Word of the prophets as confirmed beyond doubt. And you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. 20 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture comes from one’s own interpretation. 21 For no such prophecy was ever brought forth by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit," 2 Peter 1:19-21. "Consider also that our Lord's patience brings salvation, AS OUR BELOVED BROTHER PAUL HAS WRITTEN, ACCORDING TO THE WISDOM GIVEN HIM FROM GOD. He writes the same way in ALL HIS LETTERS, speaking in them about such matters. Some parts of his letters are hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people distort, AS THEY DO THE REST OF THE SCRIPTURES, to their own destruction," 2 Peter 3:15-16.

"For EVERYTHING WRITTEN in earlier times WAS WRITTEN FOR OUR INSTRUCTION, so that through PERSEVERANCE and the ENCOURAGEMENT of THE SCRIPTURES, we might have hope. Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant us to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus, so that with one accord we may with one voice glorify Him as God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ," Rom 15:4-6. "And may the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace in BELIEVING, so that we all will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13, Thank You for THE SCRIPTURES, inspired by The Holy Spirit, 2 Peter 1:19-21, help us "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the Word of Truth, 2 Tim 2:15, help us understand, Luke 24:45, believe, John 5:47, Luke 16:29-31, Heb 3:12 and be doers of the Word not merely hearers, James 1:22-23. LET FAITH COME FROM HEARING THE WORD, Rom 10:17, in Jesus' Name.

We join with you in thanking God for the infallibility and perfect trustworthiness of His Word and we agree with you in this beautiful meditation on its power and promises.

We are so encouraged by your heart to exalt the Scriptures as God-breathed and unable to be broken. Indeed what was written before was written for our learning, that through perseverance and through encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope Romans 15:4. How precious it is that the God who cannot lie has given us two immutable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, that we may have a strong encouragement who have fled for refuge to take hold of the hope set before us Hebrews 6:18, and that this hope is rooted in eternal life which God, who can't lie, promised before time began Titus 1:2.

We affirm with you that God is not a man, that he should lie, nor the son of man, that he should repent. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not make it good Numbers 23:19, and also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent for he is not a man, that he should repent 1 Samuel 15:29. Therefore we can fully trust every word He has spoken, for the words of Yahweh are flawless words, as silver refined in a clay furnace, purified seven times Psalm 12:6, and the grass withers, the flower fades but the word of our God stands forever Isaiah 40:8. Jesus Himself declared that heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away Matthew 24:35 and that it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one tittle of the law to fall Luke 16:17.

We love that you highlighted how the Scriptures give us wisdom for salvation, for from a child you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus 2 Timothy 3:15, and Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness 2 Timothy 3:16. We also cling to the testimony that no prophecy ever came by the will of man but holy men of God spoke, being moved by the Holy Spirit 2 Peter 1:21 and that we have the more sure word of prophecy and you do well that you heed it, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns, and the morning star arises in your hearts 2 Peter 1:19. Even as Peter affirmed Paul's writings as Scripture, speaking of our beloved brother Paul also, according to the wisdom given to him, wrote to you as also in all of his letters, speaking in them of these things which the ignorant and unsettled twist, as they also do to the other Scriptures, to their own destruction 2 Peter 3:15-16, we see the wonderful unity and preservation of God's Word.

We also rejoice with you that this infallible Word creates unity in Christ as Jesus prayed that we would be one John 17:21 and as we are urged that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment 1 Corinthians 1:10. It is the God of perseverance and of encouragement who grants us to be of the same mind one with another according to Christ Jesus, that with one accord we may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ Romans 15:5-6, and it is the God of hope who fills us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit Romans 15:13.

We pray together with you now.

Father, we thank You that You are a God who cannot lie and that Your Word endures forever, for the word of the Lord endures forever. This is the word of Good News which was preached to us 1 Peter 1:25. Thank You for breathing out all Scripture and for preserving it pure through the ages so that not a stroke of Your Law will fail. Thank You that Jesus opened the minds of His disciples that they might understand the Scriptures Luke 24:45, and we ask You to open our minds likewise. Help us to give diligence to present ourselves approved by God, workmen who don't need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth 2 Timothy 2:15. Let faith come to us and increase in us by hearing, and hearing by the word of God Romans 10:17, and make us not only hearers but doers of the word, not deluding our own selves James 1:22. Guard our hearts from an evil heart of unbelief in falling away from the living God Hebrews 3:12 and help us to believe all that the prophets have spoken. We ask that You fill us with all joy and peace in believing through Your infallible Word so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, and that we will be of one mind in Christ bringing glory to You with one voice. We thank You for the hope, encouragement, perseverance and unity Your perfect Word provides, and we rest in the confidence that every promise You have spoken You will fulfill, in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We were so encouraged reading your thanksgiving. Your love for God's Word and your confidence that He has kept it pure and trustworthy comes through clearly, and it lifted our hearts to read it. We join you in thanking Him that His Word remains steady through every generation and that we can lean on it for instruction, encouragement and hope.

What stood out to us is how you connect that trustworthiness to daily life, to unity with other believers, to perseverance when things are hard, and to joy and peace in believing. That is the quiet work of hope, anchoring the heart not to changing circumstances but to the certainty of God's promises. Your gratitude is a witness to that anchor, and we imagine it strengthens others around you more than you know.

If it would be helpful, consider sharing this same thankfulness aloud with someone in your church family this week, simply telling them one way the Lord has steadied you through His Word lately. Spoken gratitude often builds the unity you prayed for.

Father, we thank You with our friend for Your faithful Word and for the way You use it to teach, encourage and give us hope. Keep his heart rooted in Your truth, fill him with Your joy and peace as he trusts You, and let his thankfulness spill over to those near him. In Jesus' name, amen.

How sweet and right is this thanksgiving you have poured out for the infallible Word of our God. We join our hearts with yours in blessing the Lord who cannot lie, whose Word is flawless like silver refined in a furnace, whose promise stands when heaven and earth shall pass away. What you have written is most true, that everything written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

You have asked that the God of hope would fill His people with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, and this is indeed the very prayer of the apostle in Romans 15:13. There is such a thing as joy and peace in believing, and it comes not by believing in our joy and peace, but by trusting Christ Himself. Believing in Christ is simply trusting Christ, looking to Him who is our peace, our righteousness, our all. When the soul trusts the Lord Jesus, there is a filling peace, a well founded peace, a peace that meets every need of the heart, for all things work together for good to them that love God. This principle is of constant application, that joy and peace always come through believing. If any among us has believed and yet says he has no joy and peace, let him look again to Christ, not to his own feelings or prayers or frames, but to Christ who performs all things for us, and through that golden conduit peace shall flow again to the believing heart.

We thank God with you also for the unity for which our Lord prayed in His high priestly prayer. The unity of Christ is a unity of holy beings made one life in Himself, and what Christ prays for must be effected, for He never pleads in vain. There are believers in many places, yet they are one body in Christ Jesus, drawn ever toward the center which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. May the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant us to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus, so that with one accord we may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. This unity is not of our making, but of His Spirit, as we each grow more prepared by the work of Christ for our own place.

And we rejoice with you in the sure perseverance of the saints. He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ, and He shall also confirm you unto the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord. It is perseverance in holiness, for He has put His fear in our hearts that we shall not depart from Him. It is not that temptation is removed, but that grace preserves us through it, and our joy is to do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word. Every sorrow of a child of God is as the birth pang of a joy, and underneath the deepest sorrow there are tubers of joy laid up, for our Lord is risen and our joy no man taketh from us.

So we pray with you, Father, we thank You for Your Word inspired by the Holy Spirit, as men spoke from God being carried along by Him, and for Your faithful preservation of it, that not a stroke of the pen shall drop out of Your Law. Open our minds to understand the Scriptures, help us to believe them and to be doers of the Word and not hearers only, accurately handling the Word of truth. Let faith come by hearing, and hearing by the Word of Christ. Now the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, and keep us steadfast to the end, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in thanking God for His holy Scriptures and for the confidence we can have in them. You have prayed well, and we say amen to your thanksgiving. God is not a man that He should lie, and what He has promised He will fulfill. As you have recalled, He cannot lie, Titus 1:2, and by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie we have strong encouragement to take hold of the hope set before us, Hebrews 6:18.

We praise God that all Scripture is breathed out by God, 2 Timothy 3:16, that it gives wisdom leading to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Timothy 3:15, and that men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit, 2 Peter 1:21. The word of the Lord stands forever, Isaiah 40:8 and 1 Peter 1:25, and heaven and earth will pass away but His words will never pass away, Matthew 24:35. We thank Him that He has preserved His Word pure through the ages, like silver refined in a furnace, Psalm 12:6, a lamp shining in a dark place until the day dawns, 2 Peter 1:19, and that Jesus Himself treated it as authoritative and unbreakable, opening the minds of His disciples to understand it, Luke 24:44 and 45.

We pray with you as Paul prayed, that from the Scriptures we would receive perseverance and encouragement and so have hope, Romans 15:4. May the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant us to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus, so that with one voice we may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 15:5 and 6. May He fulfill among us the prayer of Jesus that we would be one, John 17, and keep us in that unity of which Paul speaks, that there be no divisions among us but that we be made complete in the same mind and judgment, 1 Corinthians 1:10, for there is one body and one Spirit even as we are called in one hope, Ephesians 4:4. And may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, Romans 15:13.

We also ask that the Lord will help you to be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth, 2 Timothy 2:15, to not only hear the Word but to do it, James 1:22, and to continue to believe what is written, for faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ, Romans 10:17. May He guard you in Christ Jesus and keep you by that peace which surpasses all understanding, and establish you in the truth.

We give thanks for your love for the Word and pray that the Lord will deepen it daily, in Jesus name, amen.

Your thankfulness for the Word of God is a blessing to read and it reflects a heart that truly trusts Him. What you have written is true and it is the foundation for everything else in the Christian life.

God cannot lie and He does not change His mind like a man does. As you quoted, He is not a man that He should lie, and what He promises He will fulfill. Because of who He is, His Word is completely trustworthy. It is inspired by Him, it makes us wise for salvation through faith in Christ, and it stands forever. Heaven and earth will pass away but His words will never pass away. They are flawless like silver refined in a furnace, and not even the smallest stroke of the Law will fail. We can thank Him that He has preserved His Word through the ages and that it remains pure and sure, confirmed again and again.

That Word was written for our instruction. Through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures we are given hope, and that hope is inseparable from God Himself. Apart from God there is no real hope, but when we have Him hope is extended and enlarged. That is why Paul prays that the God of hope would fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit we may abound in hope. This is not a vague wish. It is a living hope and a blessed hope, grounded in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and in the promise of eternal life. God who cannot lie promised that life before time began, and He has given it to us in His Son. He who has the Son has life. As we look for the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ and for that eternal home not made with hands, that hope sustains us, brings joy to our hearts and gives peace even when the world around us is full of turmoil.

That same Word also calls us to unity in Christ. Jesus prayed that His people would be one, and the Scriptures urge us to agree and to have no divisions, but to be made complete in the same mind and judgment according to Christ Jesus. That unity is created by love. It allows us to accept one another and with one voice to glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, even when we differ on lesser points of interpretation.

May the Lord continue to open your mind to understand the Scriptures and give you grace not only to hear them but to believe them and to do them. Faith comes by hearing the Word, and God blesses the one who handles the word of truth accurately and lives it out. Keep trusting Him, even in dark places you do not understand, for He is the God of all patience and comfort. He knows your situation, He loves you, and He is faithful to bring to pass what He has committed to do.

We pray with you that God will keep filling you with joy and peace as you believe, that you will abound more and more in hope, and that your life will continue to be built on the sure and everlasting Word of the Lord in Jesus name.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer over the infallibility of Scripture and the great blessings you lifted up before the Father.

We have continued to agree with you in prayer that the God who cannot lie according to Titus 1:2 and Heb 6:18 and who guards His Word would encourage trust in Him, deepen unity in Christ as Jesus prayed in John 17:1-26 and as urged in 1 Cor 1:10, and grant perseverance and encouragement through the Scriptures for hope as written in Rom 15:4. We have been praying that as you diligently handle the Word of truth according to 2 Tim 2:15 and hold fast to that which is inspired by God in 2 Tim 3:16 and gives wisdom leading to salvation in 2 Tim 3:15, the God of hope would fill you with all joy and peace in believing so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit according to Rom 15:13, and that His words which are flawless according to Psalm 12:6 and stand forever according to Isaiah 40:8 and 1 Pet 1:25 would continue to be a lamp shining in a dark place as in 2 Pet 1:19.

If your request was answered and the Lord has increased your trust, strengthened your unity with others in Christ, granted perseverance, or filled you with joy and peace in believing His unfailing Word, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice and glorify God with one voice according to Rom 15:6.

If your request does not seem to have been answered yet, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We count it a joy to keep standing with you before the throne of grace.

We pray that the Lord will open your mind to understand the Scriptures as in Luke 24:45 and help you to be a doer of the Word and not merely a hearer as in James 1:22, as you continue to seek Him. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray in Jesus Name. Amen.
