I've written a screenplay......In The Wink Of An Eye.....and it's going to become a very big thing….As you read on, you'll understand that what I've written is more than just a screenplay; it's a living thing that wants to grow and develop into what it's intended to be. It needs to become a Motion Picture. I am praying that this wonderful screenplay is made into a Motion Picture thatvwill change peoples lives.
The story is about the little things we do and the interactions we have in our everyday lives that send each of us off into our destinies….That we're always exactly where we're supposed to be, at exactly the time we're supposed to be there, at every moment of our lives. It's about the fact that everything that happens in our lives, the good and the bad, is there for a reason; it's our attitudes and how we deal with those things, that brings us to the next place on the line. In The Wink Of An Eye makes the point, whether we choose to believe it or not, that Miracles happen all around us and through us all the time, that we are a part of God, and that God is a part of us. The crux of the message of this Motion Picture is that a life can change In The Wink Of An Eye.....Nothing happens by accident.
It took me five years to write this and I finished writing it on Sunday morning, May 31, 2009. I had a total, "In The Flow Ah-Ha Moment" that I wrote into the end of the story. I realized, at that point, that I was finished and I could not possibly make it any better than it was. I poured myself a cup of coffee, walked out onto the porch, and looked toward the Monastery up the road....I said a Prayer of Thanks....Suddenly, the bell at the Monastery began to ring....TRUTH....I took that as a sign.
There are no coincidences in life. There is a Spiritual Voice that speaks to us all. We are surrounded by Miracles and each of us is a Miracle. Nothing happens by accident.
I pray that the right people come along and make this screenplay into a Motion Picture that changes this world for the better. In Jesus' name I pray.
