In the mighty name of our Father

We join with you in bringing you and your dear mother before our Father, lifting up both your health and your financial burdens, and we thank you for reaching out so we can seek God's will together in Jesus' name.

We notice you asked in the mighty name of our Father, and we want to gently share a vital truth from Scripture that gives us confidence when we pray. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and also There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly approach God's throne of grace, so we come to the Father in the name of Jesus on your behalf, trusting in His atoning work.

For your health and your mother's health, we are reminded that our God is compassionate and He cares for our bodies as well as our souls. Scripture tells us Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5. We also cling to the promise For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care while trusting the Lord as the ultimate healer, and to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.

Regarding your financial problems, we know this can bring great worry and heaviness, but our Father knows our needs. Jesus teaches us But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 and we hold to the promise My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. We encourage you to bring every need to Him in prayer, as we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6. As you wait on His provision, walk in faithful stewardship, be diligent in what He has placed in your hands, seek godly counsel if debt or employment is a concern, and trust Him to open doors according to His will.

We pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one and their mother to You. Lord, You see their bodies, You know every ache, every diagnosis, every fear about health, and we ask for Your healing hand to rest upon them both. Restore strength, bring comfort, guide the hands of any doctors and provide wisdom for every decision regarding their care. Grant them peace that surpasses all understanding as they trust in You. Philippians 4:7.

Father, You also see the financial struggles that weigh so heavily. You know every bill, every need, every sleepless night. We ask that You provide for every need according to Your riches in glory, that You make a way where there seems to be no way, and that You give wisdom to steward well what You provide. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom, to trust Your faithful provision, and to rest in the knowledge that You are their provider and sustainer.

Draw them closer to You through this trial, Lord. Strengthen their faith, let them know the hope found only in Jesus, and let Your will be done in their lives. May they experience Your love, Your healing, and Your provision in a way that brings glory to Your name. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue in prayer, to remain in God's Word daily, and to trust that He hears you when you call upon Him through Jesus. He is faithful and He will not forsake you.

Thank you for letting us pray with you. Carrying your own health concerns while also worrying about your mom and trying to keep up financially is a lot to hold at once, and we hear how heavy this feels.

We are lifting both of you up before the Lord, asking for His care over your bodies, for wisdom for any doctors and others supporting you, and for His provision and guidance in the financial pressures you are facing. It makes sense that health and finances would feel tangled together, each one making the other harder to bear.

One gentle next step that may help is to bring your health concerns to a trusted medical provider soon and encourage your mom to do the same, so you both can get clear guidance and not carry these worries alone. Alongside prayer, a doctor can listen well and help you know what care is needed. For the financial strain, it can also help to talk with a trusted pastor, church benevolence team, or a reputable financial counselor in your community who can look with you at practical options for budgeting and resources.

Father in Jesus' name we bring this dear child and their mom to You. You see their health needs and their financial needs. Please grant healing according to Your will, strength for each day, wisdom for decisions, and peace in their home. Provide for what they need and remind them they are not alone as they walk through this. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your request for prayer concerning your own health and your mother's health, and the heavy burden of financial need, has been heard and is carried before the Lord with earnest affection.

There is but one sacred Fountain to wash in, and there is but one great Physician who lays His hands upon men and they are restored, and that Physician is Jesus Christ. He is the Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves, the little things about Christ, are full of healing virtue. That Fountain was opened on Calvary, and from it flows virtue to heal both soul and body. Until the glory life begins, the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health and will keep him so, world without end.

We would have you remember that pardon and healing are one in the hand of Christ. When Jesus healed the man taken with the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. The greatest healing is to be forgiven, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. Therefore we pray first that you and your dear mother may know the forgiveness that is in Christ Jesus, and then that the healing virtue which His grace infuses may work health and cure according to His wise and loving will. He Himself bore our sicknesses, and His cool hand grasping the fevered hand can make health to flow into the weary frame. We are on our way to eternal health, where none shall say, I am sick, for the inhabitant of that land shall not say it when the Lord dwells with them.

We know also how multiplied are the cares where financial straits press upon a family, and how disappointment can crush the spirits and break the heart. The Lord is He that heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. He very speedily marks the cries of His children, and He who feeds the sparrows and clothes the lilies will not forget your temporal needs. Seek first the health of your souls and His kingdom and righteousness, and trust Him to add what is needful for this present life.

Let us pray together. O Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we bring this child and this mother before Your throne of grace. Forgive their sins through the blood of Calvary and speak peace to their souls. Lay Your healing hand upon their bodies and restore them as it pleases Your goodness, and grant them patience to wait Your will. Look upon their financial trials and in Your providence open doors of provision, give wisdom for stewardship, and keep them from anxious fear. Let them feel the contact of Christ by faith, that His strength may flow into their weakness, and that they may arise to serve You in their family and in all things. Keep them in perpetual health of soul, and bring them at last to that place where sickness and want are no more. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, the one plant of renown, the only Physician of souls. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request for prayer for you and your mother has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before our Father in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to God.

We pray for the health of both you and your mother. The Lord Jesus showed His power when He touched Peter's mother in law and not only quenched her fever but restored her to perfect health at once, in a way no physician could do. He is still the Savior of the body and He is able to heal, to strengthen, and to sustain. We ask Him to lay His hand upon you both, to give wisdom to any physicians who care for you, to grant you health for the good of your bodies and the service of your souls, and to give you patience and trust while you wait upon Him.

We also pray for your financial needs. God knows what we need for daily life and He calls us to seek first His kingdom, trusting that He will provide what is necessary. Scripture teaches that frugality and a plain and thankful use of what God gives is the mother of health, while excess wears away both body and soul. We ask the Lord to provide for your necessities, to give you wisdom as stewards of what you have, to open doors for honest work and provision, and to keep you from anxiety by reminding you of His faithful care.

We encourage you to continue to honor your mother as God commands, to care for your bodies not for indulgence but for health and for the work God has given you, and to set your hope fully on Christ. Cast your cares upon Him, continue in prayer, and trust His goodness to do what is best for you both according to His wisdom and mercy.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one and his mother to You. Grant them health of body if it be Your will, grant them peace of soul, forgive their sins, and supply their daily needs. Lead them to trust You more deeply and to walk in Your ways. Amen.

Your request for prayer for your own health and your mothers health and for financial needs has been heard, and we want to bring these needs before the Lord with you.

The first thing to remember is that God has made one provision for us to come to Him, and that is through His Son Jesus Christ. It is through Jesus that sin is put away and guilt is removed, and the Spirit bears witness to this truth. Because Jesus has opened the way, we do not need to go through any other mediator. When people told Jesus that His mother and brothers were outside seeking Him, He asked, who is my mother and who are my brothers, and He pointed to His disciples and said that whoever does the will of God is His brother and sister and mother. Scripture never encourages us to seek favors through Mary or through others, but to come boldly to the throne of grace ourselves in Jesus name. So we come directly to the Father through Jesus for you and your mother.

We also bring your sickness and your mothers sickness to Jesus, knowing He has power over every kind of infirmity. In the Gospels we see Him cleansing a man with leprosy, healing the servant of a centurion with a word, lifting Peter's mother in law from a fever, and in the evening healing multitudes who were sick and oppressed. He has authority in the physical realm and in the spiritual realm, and He is still able today. He did not heal with one set method, sometimes He spoke, sometimes He touched, sometimes He did something different, which reminds us that healing is His sovereign work and not a formula. We should not look to sensational methods or to those who try to whip people into excitement, but simply trust Him with humble faith and ask for His mercy.

God does care about your health. In His law He gave many instructions about food and cleanliness, and while we are not under that law, those instructions show that He is concerned for the body and that many of them had a health reason behind them. It is good to be wise stewards of the body He has given, with simple care in what we eat and how we live, as we ask Him for strength.

You also mentioned financial problems, and we know how heavy that burden can feel when it is added to health concerns. The letter of John to Gaius says, I wish that you may prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. That is a loving personal wish from John to a friend, not a guarantee that every believer will be free from sickness or financial lack if they have enough faith. It does show, however, a real connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body and life. As the soul prospers through walking with the Lord, trusting Him, and keeping attitudes of peace and hope rather than fear and bitterness, the whole person often benefits. We are learning more and more how attitudes affect even our physical condition.

Scripture also says to honor father and mother, and in its full meaning that includes caring for them practically when they are older or weak, as they once cared for us. Your concern for your mother reflects that heart, and God sees it.

So we pray for you now. Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only way You have provided for us to be forgiven and to draw near. We ask for Your mercy on this dear one and on their mother. Touch their bodies according to Your wisdom and power, bring healing where You will, give strength for each day, and give wisdom to doctors and to those who care for them. Provide for their financial needs from Your hand, give guidance in decisions, open doors for provision, and give peace that passes understanding as they trust You. Prosper their souls, draw them closer to Jesus, and let them know Your presence and comfort in this difficult time. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who alone is our hope. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord directly in prayer, stay in His Word, and trust Him day by day with both health and provision.
