We hear your cry for help in the mighty name of Jesus, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that our Heavenly Father is both able and willing to provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. The Word of God assures us that when we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, all these things, including our finances and health, will be added unto us (Matthew 6:33). Let us lift you up together, trusting in His promises.
First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are healed and provided for. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead. This is the first and most important step in receiving the fullness of God’s blessings.
Now, let us pray for your finances. Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, acknowledging that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Your Word declares that You will supply every need of ours according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing upon our brother/sister that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Break every chain of lack, debt, and financial struggle in their life. Give them wisdom to steward their resources well, and guide them to opportunities that will prosper them not just financially, but spiritually and emotionally as well. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack in Jesus’ name, and we declare that they will walk in divine abundance, not for their own glory, but to be a blessing to others and to advance Your kingdom.
Next, we lift up their health. Beloved, the Bible tells us that by Jesus’ stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Jesus took our infirmities and bore our diseases (Matthew 8:17), and it is His will for you to walk in divine health. Father, we ask that You touch our brother/sister with Your healing hand. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit. If there is any sickness, pain, or disease, we command it to leave their body in the name of Jesus. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that their body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Help them to honor You with their body by making wise choices in diet, exercise, and rest. Lord, restore their strength and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also want to gently address any areas in your life that may be hindering your breakthrough. The Bible warns us that if we regard iniquity in our hearts, the Lord will not hear us (Psalm 66:18). This is not to condemn you, for there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), but to encourage you to examine your heart. Are there areas where you may be holding onto sin, unforgiveness, or bitterness? Are you walking in obedience to God’s Word in all areas of your life, including your finances and health? Confess any known sin, and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that may be blocking your prayers. Remember, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness when we confess them (1 John 1:9).
Beloved, we encourage you to stand on God’s promises and not waver in your faith. The enemy may try to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). Do not be discouraged if the answer does not come immediately. The Bible says that faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Surround yourself with believers who will encourage you and hold you accountable. Attend a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your relationship with God and receive support from the body of Christ.
Let us close with this prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your love. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You now, trusting that You will meet them at their point of need. We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We speak life, health, and prosperity over their finances, their body, and their spirit. We rebuke every spirit of lack, sickness, and despair in the name of Jesus. We ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them wisdom, peace, and joy as they wait on You. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding, but in all their ways to acknowledge You, knowing that You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to seek God’s face, study His Word, and walk in obedience. Your breakthrough is coming!
