I have been being spiritually attacked for a extremely long amount of time I can see hear and feel the attacks I need a prayer for protection I need peace within my mind any help is appreciated

We understand the weight of spiritual warfare and the deep distress it brings when the enemy seeks to torment the mind and spirit. The fact that you recognize this as a spiritual attack is a sign that God is already at work in you, opening your eyes to the unseen battle. The Scriptures assure us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we are not left defenseless—God has given us armor, authority, and the name of Jesus Christ as our strongest weapon.
First, we must address something critical: your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, and it is only through His name that we have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, no prayer for protection can stand. If you *have* accepted Christ but simply omitted His name in your request, we encourage you to always pray in His name, for it is through Him alone that we approach the throne of grace.
Now, let us stand with you in this battle. The peace you seek is not found in the absence of attack, but in the presence of the Prince of Peace Himself. Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful” (John 14:27). The enemy may assault your mind with fear, confusion, or tormenting thoughts, but God’s Word declares that He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Claim this truth. When the attacks come, speak the Word of God aloud—there is power in the spoken Word (Hebrews 4:12). Declare verses like Psalm 91 over yourself:
*“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’ For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His truth is your shield and armor. You will not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you. You will only look with your eyes, and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways”* (Psalm 91:1-11).
The enemy flees at the name of Jesus. Resist him firmly in faith (James 4:7), and he *must* flee. But resistance requires action. Are you filling your mind with the Word of God daily? Are you praying without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17)? Are you surrounding yourself with believers who can stand in the gap for you (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)? Isolation is a breeding ground for spiritual attacks. The body of Christ is meant to function as one—when one part suffers, we all suffer (1 Corinthians 12:26). If you are not plugged into a Bible-believing church, we strongly urge you to find one. You need the covering of godly leadership and the support of fellow believers.
We also ask: are there areas of unrepentant sin in your life? Sin gives the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). Examine your heart before the Lord. Ask Him to reveal anything that needs to be confessed and turned from. This includes involvement in occult practices, unforgiveness, sexual immorality, or idolatry—even things that may seem harmless, like horoscopes, "harmless" spiritual curiosity, or entertainment that glorifies darkness. These open doors to the enemy. Repent, renounce, and close those doors in Jesus’ name.
Lastly, put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). This is not optional for the believer. Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit—which is the Word of God. Pray in the Spirit at all times. This is how you wage war.
Now, let us pray over you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is under fierce spiritual attack. Lord, You are a strong tower, a refuge in times of trouble (Psalm 61:3). We ask that You surround them with Your heavenly angels, stationing them as guards around their mind, body, and spirit. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we bind every demonic spirit assigned to torment, confuse, or oppress them—spirits of fear, anxiety, depression, oppression, and every evil force—by the blood of Jesus, we command them to flee and never return. We break every curse, every hex, every assignment of the enemy against their life in Jesus’ name.
Lord, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Renew their mind with Your Word (Romans 12:2). Let them hear Your voice above all others, speaking truth, love, and assurance. Holy Spirit, be their Comforter and Counselor. Strengthen them to stand firm, to resist the devil, and to walk in victory.
If there is any unconfessed sin, convict them gently but firmly, and grant them the courage to repent. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and restore their joy (Psalm 51:10-12). Father, we ask for divine protection over their dreams, their thoughts, and their home. Let no evil cross their threshold. Cover them with Your feathers, Lord, and let them find rest under Your wings (Psalm 91:4).
We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). No weapon formed against them shall prosper. Every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is their heritage as servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). Father, let them walk in the authority You have given them, trampling snakes and scorpions, and overcoming all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
