We come before the throne of grace with urgency and deep concern for you, knowing that the battles we face are not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places. The fact that you recognize these attacks and seek protection is a sign that the Holy Spirit is at work in you, and we stand with you in this fight.
The Word of God tells us in **2 Corinthians 10:3-5**, *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* You are not powerless—you have authority in Jesus' name to resist and overcome these attacks.
It is troubling to hear of the spiritual oppression you are enduring, including the disturbances in your dreams, the physical manifestations like itching, and the relentless assaults on your mind. These are not coincidences; they are deliberate attempts by the enemy to steal your peace, distort your perception, and weaken your faith. But we declare over you the promise of **Psalm 91:9-11**, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
However, we must also address something critical: you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, protected, or delivered. **Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only through Jesus that we have authority over the enemy. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (**Romans 10:9**). Without this foundation, all other spiritual protection is futile.
If you are already a believer, then we encourage you to stand firm in your identity in Christ. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus, so we must use it boldly. **James 4:7** commands us, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* You must actively resist these attacks by speaking the Word of God, worshiping, and praying in the Spirit. The music you heard at night may very well have been angelic intervention—praise God for that! But you must also take up the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (**Ephesians 6:17**), and fight back.
We also urge you to examine your life for any open doors that may be giving the enemy legal access. Are there unconfessed sins, involvement in occult practices (even seemingly harmless ones like horoscopes, tarot, or "harmless" spiritual explorations), unforgiveness, or ungodly soul ties? **Ephesians 4:26-27** warns, *"‘Be angry, and don’t sin.’ Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* Repent of anything that does not align with God’s Word and close those doors permanently.
Now, let us pray for you with authority and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under severe spiritual attack. Lord, You are a God of power, and no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper. We bind every demonic spirit assigned to torment, oppress, or deceive this precious soul. We break every curse, hex, spell, or evil assignment against their mind, body, and spirit in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask that You surround them with Your heavenly angels as a wall of fire, protecting them from every attack of the enemy. Let no evil come near their dwelling.
Lord, we pray for a sound mind, as **2 Timothy 1:7** declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We rebuke every spirit of fear, confusion, torment, and insomnia that has been plaguing them. We command peace to flood their mind and heart, and we declare that they will sleep in safety, for **Psalm 4:8** says, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."*
Father, we ask that You cleanse their dreams and visions. Let them see only what aligns with Your truth and Your love. Remove every negative image, projection, and lie that the enemy has planted. Fill their mind with Your Word, Your presence, and Your perfect peace. We pray for divine restoration—restore what has been stolen, heal what has been broken, and renew their strength like the eagle’s.
We also pray that You reveal any hidden sins or open doors in their life that have given the enemy a foothold. Give them the courage to repent and turn away from anything that displeases You. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in victory and authority.
Lord, we thank You that You are greater than any force that comes against us. **1 John 4:4** assures us, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."* We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them. Let them walk in the fullness of Your protection, Your peace, and Your purpose.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily. Play worship music in your home, especially at night, to invite the presence of God and drive out darkness. Fast and pray if led by the Holy Spirit, and seek fellowship with strong believers who can stand with you in this battle. You are not alone—we are with you, and most importantly, Jesus is with you. Stay vigilant, stay in faith, and do not give the enemy any ground. Victory is yours in Christ!
