I have dealt with them, too for many years. I pray you find the right medical help to ease your anxiety and drepression and to trust in God that He will be there to direct you in your times of need.

I suffer right along with you. I suffer from severe depressiom, anxity attacks, panic attacks. I have good doctors and take meds. I couldn't do it without those things in place.

Most of all, I want to say to you that I will pray foryou today. Trust and ask God to take it from you one day at a time. I relly believe that my suffering has lead me to being a born again christian. God has a reason for your suffering as well. Just ask him lift you up for today and I promise you that he will........God Bless

God bless you and Loves you. His grace is sufficient for you. Please listen to what the word of Gods say, for He gives us instruction of how to live. He has spoken through his prophets, and Jesus. He wants us to live well. Here is what Jesus says "man shall not live by bread alone but by the word that comes from His father's mouth. Jesus also so said "my food (spiritual food-word of God) is to do the will of God, His father. So Jesus being the son of the living God knows of the importance to obey and live by the word of God, how much more shouldn't we live the same way, by the word of God.

Because sin is in the world, Job 5:7 Yet man is born to trouble as the sparks fly upward. There are always going to be trouble, trials, tribulations, therefore, God gives us instructions of how to deal with it. But it takes a humble and willing heart to obey God. But our nature is to be independent from God, and do it our way, which is called pride. We are born with it, we even see this in little children. So JESUS says "Matt 11:28 Come to ME all you who labor and heavy burden and I will give you rest. (29) take MY yoke upon you and LEARN from ME, for I AM GENTLE and LOWlY in HEART, and you will find REST. For MY yoke is easy and MY burden is LIGHT.

Here is another scripturehil 4:6 He is saying or even commanding "stop being anxious for nothing, but in EVERYTHING by prayer and supplication, with thanking let your request be known unto God. And the PEACE OF GOD which passes all understanding will GUARD YOUR HEART AND MIND through Christ Jesus. Hear God is telling you in verse 8 what to meditate on: what is true (Gods) what is honest, noble, just, pure, lovely, pure, good report. Those things will keep your mind occupy with the things of God. satan battle ground is our mind, he does and carry out his evil devices in the mind. Word of God says be sober minded, another say girt up the lions of your mind, another say renew the mind. God knows about our mind.

You must be dependent upon Jesus, His words to sustain. Outside of that is confusion, illusion. When we want to be in control, or think we are in control, and things dont work out, we panic, we stress, we become fearful, we feal like loser, we cant sleep, anxiousness, but when we trust and give it to God, we will eliminate those fealings.

Father I pray and bind up the strongholds in this persons life so they will be able to trust in you, surrender all and say yes to you in Jesus name so you can bring deliverance and freedom for mzwill in Jesus name...God Bless You

Yes Lord, I lift up M to you just now. Lord, I too, know how she feels Lord, May she rely on you Lord, You are All that gets us through Lord, You want us to have peace and happiness Lord.

I Pray for M to be encouraged through your Love for her Lord, Renew her Lord, Give her your Almighty strength and healing Lord, Comfort her Lord, Help her to really know you are with her and will and are carrying her each step, In Jesus Name Amen
