In less than 2 months it will ...

In less than 2 months it will be New Year's Eve, and my usual plans are, I bring in a "stash" of "goodies" like cold cuts, cole slaw and potato salad, snack items, etc. A celebratory mood because it's a new year. This year it falls on a Friday, which is a late worknight with prescheduled runs. I'm self-employed, I could cancel that, BUT...there's one who is a hyper person and hard to explain things to because her attention is flitting about from one thing to another. Also, over the phone she speaks fast and with a heavy Jamaican accent, so it's hard to understand her response. Half the time she doesn't respond to the texts, either. She's also pushy and doesn't take no for an answer. Request is that I make it sink in to her that I'm taking the holiday night off. I regret that it falls on a Friday, but hey...

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
