I just would like to share with everyone the following event which had happened to me in the course of two weeks. I hope it would inspire others to never lose hope & that there really is a God who looks after us & provide for all our needs.
I had been in fear of my present situation because financially i was really strained. The concerns of not having enough to pay for all my bills is starting to take its toll. But in the midst of these fear i choose to be calm. I prayed daily to our Father & asked Him to take over my situation. In my heart I left no room for doubt that His mercy would suffice. True enough Our Good Lord delivered & money came pouring in. All my obligations were met exactly on time & even enough to cover 3 more months. I know that my problem is not over yet for there is more beyond this but I take it one day at a time for I know the Lord's goodness would see me through. True enough just 3 days ago I received another good news that I had clinched & sold a deal which I had not been expecting. See how generous our Lord could be if we only put our complete trust in Him?
I was also praying for my boyfriend that he may soon find a job for we are on the process of preparing for our wedding. In a week's time my boyfriend was called to report for a job. & many more offers came after that. The Lord delivered all this because we stand by our faith & we choose to believe in His goodness. 2 days ago while talking on the phone my boyfriend told me that there is a slowdown in their work due to the financial crisis that the world is experiencing now. He hadn't work for 2 days straight because of this. After we hanged up I got down on my knees & prayed that the situation in their job will improve so that they may report again for work. I was so awed the next day because when my boyfriend called me up he told me that his boss phoned him & he asked him to report to work immediately. All this happened in 6 hours time. The Lord is generous to all His children. He knows our needs even before we ask Him. It's just a matter of having faith & believing in His goodness. So never get tired of praying for the Lord have good plans for us & our future.
