Beloved of All
Father we thank You for Improved Video Time ⏳ 2 Jn 1:12, Allow Christ's Indwelling Love Overflows beyond Expectation, Eph 3:17-20, for GRACE and WISDOM to Train up our Youngster in The Nurture and Admonition of The LORD, Yahweh, Eph 6:4, for You to Move on Wife's Conscience to Help Improve Set, Convenient, Communication Quality, Prov 31:12... We pray that the quality of communication would improve. If she'd help supervise the calls it would be greatly appreciated, but even if not we will only serve Yahweh, Dan 3:18, Josh 24:15. For when we’re weak, then He is strong in us, 2 Cor 12:9 — therefore we will all the more gladly boast in weaknesses and insults that the power of Christ may rest up upon us, 2 Cor 12:9-11.

So let it be known that we pray for Godly Communications AND for her conviction, Jn 16:8, hedging her way up with thorns, Hos 2:6-7, her salvation, 1 Tim 2:4, and repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, and the little one shall be encouraged to honor both father and mother, Ex 20:12, Eph 6:1-3, and WE will be able to bring up our child in the training and admonition of The Lord, Deut 6:6-7, Eph 6:4. Protection for him and her, her family, pastors, "church goers," from deception, Matt 24:4-5, 2 Tim 3:5, temptation, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, sin, 1 Cor 8:1, 2 Cor 13:7, fear, lies, Zeph 3:13, wickedness and the evil one, John 17:15, Rev 12:9, that he'd be protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation READY to be revealed from heaven, 1 Peter 1:5, filled with Your Holy Spirit, Luke 1:15, 1:41, saved early, 2 Tim 3:15-16, and the evil one would not touch him, 1 John 5:19, as Christ is more powerful than he in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and 2/3rds of the angels is greater than the 1/3rd that fell, Rev 12:4, so "there are more with us than against us, the hills are filled with flaming horsemen and chariots," 2 Kings 6:16-17,Ps 104:4, Heb 1:7, Heb 1:14. Our help comes from You, Maker of Heaven and Earth, Ps 121:1-2. Thank you in advance, Mark 11:23-24, in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt request, lifting up the desire for improved communication within your family, especially as it pertains to the precious time spent nurturing your young one in the ways of the Lord. It is clear that your heart is burdened for godly order, spiritual growth, and the protection of your household, and we stand with you in agreement, seeking the Lord’s will in all these things.

First, we affirm the biblical foundation of your prayer. The Scriptures remind us, "I have many things to write to you, but I am not willing to write them to you with paper and ink; but I hope to come to you, and to speak face to face, that our joy may be made full" (2 John 1:12 WEB). This verse underscores the importance of personal, heart-to-heart communication, which is vital in raising children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We also hold fast to the truth that Christ dwells in our hearts through faith, and we pray that His love would overflow in your home beyond all expectation, as Ephesians 3:17-20 declares: "that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen."

We are also mindful of the command in Ephesians 6:4, "You fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." This is a sacred responsibility, and we pray that the Lord would grant you grace, wisdom, and patience as you train up your child in His ways. It is beautiful to see your commitment to serving Yahweh regardless of circumstances, echoing the resolve of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in Daniel 3:18: "But if not, let it be known to you, king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up." Your steadfastness is a testament to your faith, and we pray that the Lord would strengthen you in moments of weakness, as He promises in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."

We must, however, address a concern in your prayer. While your desire for improved communication with your wife is understandable, we must gently remind you that the Lord calls us to love and honor our wives as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). It is not our place to pray for conviction or hedging her way with thorns, as you referenced in Hosea 2:6-7. Instead, we should pray for her heart to be softened by the Holy Spirit, for her to grow in godliness, and for unity in your marriage. The Lord is the one who convicts, and we must trust Him to work in her life according to His perfect will. Let us pray for her salvation and repentance, as 1 Timothy 2:4 tells us that God "desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth." We also pray that she would embrace her role as a helper suitable for you, as described in Proverbs 31:12: "She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life."

We also lift up your child, praying that he would grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). May he learn to honor both father and mother, as commanded in Exodus 20:12 and Ephesians 6:1-3: "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.'"

We stand with you in praying for protection over your family, your wife’s family, your pastors, and your church community. The world is filled with deception, temptation, and the schemes of the evil one, but we take comfort in the truth that "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). We pray that your child would be filled with the Holy Spirit from an early age, as John the Baptist was (Luke 1:15), and that he would be kept from the evil one (1 John 5:19). May the Lord surround him with His angels, as Psalm 91:11 declares: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, seeking Your will for this family. Lord, we thank You for the gift of this child and for the responsibility You have entrusted to this father to raise him in the ways of the Lord. We pray that You would fill their home with Your presence, that Christ would dwell in their hearts through faith, and that Your love would overflow in their lives beyond all expectation.

Father, we ask for improved communication within this family. Soften hearts, Lord, and grant wisdom and patience to this father as he seeks to nurture his child in Your discipline and instruction. We pray for his wife, that You would draw her closer to You, convict her of sin, and lead her to repentance. May she grow in godliness and embrace her role as a helper and companion in this marriage, doing good and not harm all the days of her life.

Protect this family, Lord, from deception, temptation, and the schemes of the evil one. Fill this child with Your Holy Spirit from an early age, and let him grow in wisdom and favor with You and man. May he learn to honor his father and mother, and may this family be a testimony of Your grace and love to all who know them.

We trust in Your promises, Lord, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Strengthen this father in his weaknesses, and let Your power rest upon him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear how deeply you long for steady, peaceful time with your little one, and how much you want those video calls to be warm and consistent for his sake. Wanting to nurture him well and to keep communication calm and respectful is a good and loving desire, and we are praying with you in it.

We know face to face time over video can be especially hard for a young child. So much of what they receive is not just words but tone, facial expression, and patience. Keeping calls short, predictable, and child-led when possible often helps them stay engaged more than trying to stretch the time. A simple, consistent routine and a brief, kind follow-up message of thanks when communication does go well can also slowly build a more workable pattern, even when cooperation feels uneven.

We also hear your resolve to keep serving the Lord faithfully whether or not circumstances improve quickly. That steadiness matters. Children tend to feel most secure when the adults around them keep conflict low and keep the focus on their care and stability, even in difficult family dynamics.

Father, we lift this dad and his son to You, and we lift his wife and her family as well. Give him wisdom and grace as he seeks to love and train his son, guard this little boy and draw him early to Yourself, and bring peace and clarity to their communication. Guide each step ahead according to Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been laid before the Lord and we have taken it to the throne of grace with you. There is much in it which is according to the mind of Christ, that He would dwell in your heart by faith, that you might be rooted and grounded in love and know the love of Christ which passes knowledge, and that grace and wisdom might be given you to bring up your child in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

We commend your desire for face to face fellowship, for as the apostle said, we hope to speak face to face that our joy may be full. Yet we would have you learn also that lesson of the weaned child. The psalmist says, my soul is even as a weaned child. The weaned child does not fret and ask why, why, why, but lies still content upon his mother's breast. So let your soul be weaned from fretting about times and seasons and the set and convenient communications which you desire. If the Lord grants improved time, bless His name. If He withholds it for a season, still serve Yahweh, as you have well said, though He slay you yet will you trust Him, and choose you this day whom you will serve. When you are weak, then are you strong, for His strength is made perfect in weakness, and the power of Christ rests upon those who gladly glory in infirmities.

You ask that the Lord would move upon your wife's conscience. This we will pray for earnestly, that the Holy Spirit who convicts the world of sin and of righteousness and of judgment would work in her, and hedge up her way with thorns if need be, not in wrath but in mercy, that she may be turned to seek the Lord and find salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. We pray that she may know repentance and the forgiveness which is in Christ, and that she may do good and not evil all the days of her life. We do not ask God to bless any way that is contrary to His holy ordinance, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, a great mystery concerning Christ and the Church, for which cause a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined unto his wife and they two shall be one flesh. Christ left His Father and became one with His Church and gave Himself for her in holy love. So let husbands love their wives even as Christ loved the Church. This is the pattern we set before you and before her, that holiness and love may mark your house.

For your little one our heart yearns with you. Remember the word, do not sin against the child. The instincts of humanity cry, it is but a child, sin not against it. You love him and your heart overflows with affection. Let divine grace turn the streams of affection in the channel of wisdom, that his immortal nature may receive the benefit. Follow him at all times with prayers and tears where you cannot follow with personal visits and loving words. Teach him diligently as Moses commanded, when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, that he may be encouraged to honor both father and mother according to the commandment with promise. Pray that he may receive the kingdom of God as a little child, humbly, without thought of merit, with a childlike spirit ready to accept whatever God has said about sin and righteousness and judgment to come. Such was Samuel, blessed with a gracious father and a holy mother, who learned early to say, Speak Lord, for thy servant heareth. And remember the Holy Child Jesus, who is bone of our bone and brother to us, perfect man made in all respects like unto us, sin alone excepted, yet holy as a child is holy, that He might be our Redeemer.

We pray also for protection over him and over her and over all that concern you, that you may be kept from deception and temptation and from the evil one, as our Lord prayed, keep them from the evil. The eyes of mercy are quicker than the eyes of repentance. As with the prodigal, the father saw him while he was yet a great way off and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him with much forgiveness, acknowledging his sonship and restoring him fully. So the Lord sees and knows how to keep His own. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, and they that be with us are more than they that be with them, for the hills are filled with flaming horsemen and chariots, ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation. Your help comes from the Maker of heaven and earth, who will not suffer your foot to be moved.

Therefore we join you in prayer that God would grant you to be a child of light walking in light, having fellowship with the Father, perceiving the truth revealed by the Holy Spirit in sacred Scripture and receiving it into your heart, and being an imitator of God as a dear child. May Christ dwell in your heart by faith, may His love overflow beyond expectation, may you be filled with the Holy Spirit and kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed.

We will pray that the Lord will grant you contentment as a weaned child, courage as a faithful father, and love which never fails, and that in His own time and in His own way He will work all things for good to them that love Him, to the praise of His grace in Christ Jesus our Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer and thank God with you for your desire that Christ would dwell in your heart by faith and that His love would overflow in your home according to Ephesians 3:17 to 20. We pray that the Lord will grant you grace and wisdom to bring up your child in the nurture and admonition of the Lord as Ephesians 6:4 teaches, and that your communication would grow in quality, clarity and godliness, whether through video or face to face as John speaks of in 2 John 1:12.

We stand with you in your resolve to serve the Lord faithfully whether your wife chooses to help supervise and make the communication more consistent and convenient or not, as you expressed from Daniel 3:18 and Joshua 24:15. That commitment to serve Yahweh above all is right and pleasing to God, and we pray He will strengthen you in it, remembering His word that when we are weak then His power rests upon us and His strength is made perfect in weakness according to 2 Corinthians 12:9 to 11.

We pray with you for your wife, that the Holy Spirit would convict her heart according to John 16:8, that God in His mercy would hedge her way as in Hosea 2:6 and 7 not to harm her but to turn her from what is not good and to draw her toward repentance, salvation and truth. We ask God to grant her repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, for there is salvation in no other name, and that He would do this according to 1 Timothy 2:4 and 2 Peter 3:9. We pray that she would do good and not harm to her household all her days as in Proverbs 31:12.

We pray also for your child, that God would protect him by His power through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed, as 1 Peter 1:5 says, that he would be filled with the Holy Spirit, kept from the evil one as in John 17:15 and 1 John 5:19, and that Christ who is greater than he who is in the world according to 1 John 4:4 would guard him. We ask that he would be taught the Scriptures from an early age as in 2 Timothy 3:15 and 16, that he would learn to honor both father and mother according to Exodus 20:12 and Ephesians 6:1 to 3, and that you would be given daily wisdom to teach him diligently as Deuteronomy 6:6 and 7 instructs.

We pray for protection for you, for him, for her, for her family and for pastors and all who hear the Word, that God would keep you from deception as warned in Matthew 24:4 and 5 and 2 Timothy 3:5, from temptation as in Matthew 6:13, from sin, fear and lies and from the wickedness of the evil one who seeks to deceive the whole world as in Revelation 12:9. We thank God that there are more with those who trust Him than against them, as Elisha prayed in 2 Kings 6:16 and 17, for He is Maker of heaven and earth and our help comes from Him as Psalm 121:1 and 2 declares, and He sends His angels as ministering spirits according to Hebrews 1:7 and 14.

We ask God to uphold your marriage according to His design as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, to give you endurance, gentleness and love that speaks truth without filthy or corrupt communication, and to make your faith effectual with works of love. May the Lord establish you, guard your heart from discouragement, and answer according to His will as you ask in the name of Jesus, trusting as Mark 11:24 teaches that what you ask according to His will He hears.

Your prayer reflects a sincere desire to honor the Lord in your home, and that desire itself is pleasing to Him. Longing for face to face fellowship is biblical, as John wrote that he hoped to come and speak face to face so that joy may be full, and it is right to ask the Lord to make your times of communication more consistent, clear and edifying.

You also asked that Christ would dwell in your heart by faith and that His love would overflow beyond what you can ask or think. That is the heart of Ephesians 3. When Jesus lives in you by faith, His love takes root and grows, and it then spills over into how you speak, how you listen, and how you love your wife and your child. Keep seeking Him first, and that overflow will shape your words even when circumstances are difficult.

God is sovereign over circumstances that feel out of your hands. When the child was to be born in Bethlehem according to prophecy, the family was far away in Nazareth, yet God moved even the ruling powers to bring them to the right place at the right time. In the same way, your times and opportunities are in His hands. You can trust Him to work through the details you cannot control, while you remain faithful to do what pleases the Father and to seek not your own will but His.

Your burden to train your child in the nurture and admonition of the Lord is exactly what Scripture calls a father to do. To train up a child means steady, systematic instruction, like catechizing, with a clear goal. The goal is not merely worldly success, but that he would walk in truth and grow in favor with God and with people. Scripture says foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child, so loving correction is part of training, but it is to be given with great patience. Think of teaching a child to walk. You expect stumbles and falls, you guard him from harm, and you patiently lift him up again. In your limited time together, keep that patient, consistent teaching. Speak the words of God diligently when you are together, encourage him early to move beyond memorized phrases to speaking his own heart to God, and dedicate him to the Lord as Hannah did when she promised to give her son back to God and then brought him to serve Him. The Lord heard her and the child grew under His care.

Jesus has a special care for little ones. He set a child in the midst of His disciples and said that whoever receives one such child in His name receives Him. He warned against causing a little one who believes in Him to stumble, and He said it is not the will of your Father in heaven that one of these little ones should perish, and that their angels continually see the Father's face. Your prayers for your son to honor both father and mother, to be kept from deception and temptation and the evil one, and to be kept by the power of God through faith are in line with that care. You can come directly to the Father through Jesus. You do not need another mediator. The Father Himself loves you because you have loved Jesus and believed that He came from God. Jesus prayed to His Holy Father to keep His own through His name, and that keeping power is your confidence. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, and those who are with you in Christ are more than those who are against you. Your help truly comes from the Maker of heaven and earth.

It is right to pray for your wife, for conviction of sin, for repentance, for salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and for protection from deception and fear and lies. God alone can work in the conscience and draw a heart to Himself. Continue to pray that she would know the truth and walk in it, and that your communication would be marked by grace and truth. At the same time your resolve to serve the Lord whether or not circumstances improve is a faithful stand. Like those who said they would trust God regardless of the outcome, and like Joshua who declared that as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord, you can rest in God's strength when you feel weak. His grace is sufficient, and when you are weak, then His power rests upon you, so you can gladly boast in your weakness that Christ's power may dwell in you.

May the Lord grant you wisdom and grace for each conversation, guard your son and keep him and bring him early to know and believe the Scriptures which are able to make him wise for salvation, and keep you all from the evil one until that salvation is fully revealed. May He fill your home with His peace as you continue to honor the Son, for to honor the Son is to honor the Father, and to see Jesus is to see the Father who dwells in Him and does His works through Him.
