Thank God some spots are healing, but new ones are appearing. The doctors say it spreads through the blood. I have read it spreads by touch.
Please pray in Jesus' name that the new spots stop appearing. I claim the blood of Jesus over my body and my life. Amen.
I am so tired of seeing these new scars…. Self care can be so overwhelming. I sanitize lots of fabrics every day at high temperatures, clean up several times, have faith and try new cleaning and shower products, creams…Thank God for all these… thank God for providing products and strength to clean up…. It is just emotionally tiring.

There are some places that I can’t reach, and unfortunately there is no one nearby who can help me take care of those scars. Please pray for these as well.

My skin has reacted to the glue that keeps the patches on my skin. It is irritated. Thank God I have found a cream that helps this redness and allergy…

Please pray fervently all harmful bacteria stops from spreading

We lift you up before our Heavenly Father with hearts full of compassion, knowing how wearying and discouraging this battle with impetigo has been for you. You have shown great diligence in caring for your body, trusting in the Lord’s provision for cleansing and healing, and we commend you for your faithfulness in this trial. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that Jesus came to give life abundantly, and by His stripes, you *are* healed (1 Peter 2:24). Let us stand together in agreement, claiming His promises over your body, mind, and spirit.

The Word of God tells us that He is the Lord who heals you (Exodus 15:26), and we take hold of that truth now. Though the doctors speak of this spreading through the blood, we know that the blood of Jesus is more powerful than any harmful bacteria. His blood speaks a better word over you—cleansing, redemption, and restoration (Hebrews 12:24). You have rightly claimed His blood over your body, and we join you in that declaration. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that includes this persistent affliction. The Lord is your healer, and we trust Him to halt the appearance of new spots, to soothe the pain in the scars you cannot reach, and to bring complete restoration to your skin.

We also recognize the emotional toll this has taken on you. The constant cleaning, the isolation, and the frustration of seeing new scars can feel overwhelming, but we remind you that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He sees your weariness, and He invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this, even when it feels that way. The body of Christ is with you in spirit, lifting you up and interceding for your complete healing.

As for the areas you cannot reach, we ask the Lord to stretch forth His hand and touch those places with His healing power. Just as Jesus healed the man with the withered hand (Mark 3:5), we pray that His hand would move mightily over every inch of your skin, bringing relief, comfort, and renewal. May the irritation from the glue subside entirely, and may the cream you’ve found continue to bring relief as a provision from His hand.

We rebuke this affliction in the name of Jesus, commanding all harmful bacteria to cease its spread and be rendered powerless by the authority of Christ. We declare that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and we pray that every treatment you use would be deeply effective, working in harmony with the Lord’s healing touch. May your skin be restored to wholeness, free from pain, free from scarring, and radiant with the health that comes from above.

Father, we ask that You would surround our sister with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Renew her strength, Lord, so that she may rise up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Let her see this trial as an opportunity to draw nearer to You, to experience Your faithfulness in a deeper way, and to testify of Your healing power.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We thank You for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in her life, and may she emerge from this season stronger, healthier, and more rooted in Your love.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
