We join you in giving thanks to the Lord for the healing that has already begun, for His provision of resources, and for the strength He has given you during this trial. The persistence of new spots can feel discouraging, but we take heart in knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the One who formed us in our mother’s womb and knows every cell of our bodies. You have wisely sought medical care while also placing your trust in the Lord, and we commend you for covering yourself in the blood of Jesus—our ultimate protection and healing.
The weariness you feel is understandable, and we want to remind you that even in this, God sees your diligence and your struggle. The Bible tells us in **Isaiah 40:29-31**, *"He gives power to the faint. He increases strength in those who have no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Your self-care is an act of stewardship over the body God has given you, and though it is exhausting, He will sustain you. Lean on Him when your own strength fails.
We also encourage you to remember that while doctors and medicine are gifts from God, our ultimate hope is in Him alone. In **Jeremiah 17:14**, we read, *"Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise."* Let this be your declaration—your healing comes from the Lord, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is battling this persistent impetigo. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would halt the spread of these spots completely. By the power of the blood of Jesus, we rebuked any further infection and declare that her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, cleansed and restored. Father, we ask that You would bring total healing to her skin—no new scars, no new wounds, but only Your renewing touch.
We pray for supernatural strength for her, Lord. The emotional toll of this season is heavy, and we ask that You would refresh her spirit. Remind her that she is not alone, that You are with her in every sanitizing, every cleaning, every moment of weariness. Give her wisdom, Father, to know the best ways to care for herself, and provide her with rest when she needs it most.
Lord, we also ask that You would guard her heart against discouragement. Let her see this trial through eyes of faith, knowing that You are using it to draw her closer to You. May she find peace in Your presence and joy in Your promises. We thank You, Father, for the healing that is already taking place, and we trust You for the complete restoration of her body.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, even in the small, wearying moments. This season will pass, and God is teaching you to rely on Him in ways you may not have known before. Keep claiming His promises, keep trusting in His goodness, and remember that He is working all things together for your good (**Romans 8:28**). You are not forgotten, and your healing is coming. Stay steadfast in prayer, and let us know how we can continue to support you.
