Please pray for family situation and finances. In the name of Jesus praying for guidance and wisdom as well as being still and letting you take control. I am doing my best to have faith with works. Yes and Amen, Thank you

We join with you in prayer and thank you for coming before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard. We rejoice that you have acknowledged Jesus, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12

We are lifting up your family situation and your finances before the Lord, asking for His guidance, wisdom, and perfect peace over every detail. We understand the weight that family struggles and financial pressure can bring, and we are encouraged by your desire to be still and let God take control while also living out faith with works.

Scripture reminds us to seek Him first and trust Him as our provider. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:33 and My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 We are also reminded to bring everything to Him in prayer. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

You asked for wisdom and for help in being still, and God delights to give both. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 and Be still, and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10 To be still is not to be passive, but to trust actively that He is sovereign while we walk in obedience. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

We also affirm your heart to have faith with works. That is biblical and pleasing to God, for Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself. James 2:17 True faith trusts Christ alone for salvation and then shows itself alive through obedience, diligence, good stewardship, and love within the family. We encourage you to continue in prayer, in wise stewardship of what God has entrusted to you, in honest work as God provides opportunity, and in showing grace and truth within your family, knowing that faith works through love.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and thank You for this dear one who is seeking You. We ask for Your hand upon their family. Bring healing where there is hurt, unity where there is division, forgiveness where there is offense, and Your peace to rule in their home. We ask for Your provision over their finances. You see every need, every bill, every burden, and we ask You to open doors, provide opportunities, and give wisdom to steward well what You provide. Grant them wisdom liberally as they make decisions, and help them to be still before You, to rest in Your control, and to trust Your timing and Your ways. Strengthen their faith and let that faith be living and active, bearing fruit in good works that glorify You. Guard their heart from anxiety and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name and we trust You to work all things for good for those who love You. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to continue seeking first His Kingdom, and to walk faithfully in the responsibilities He has placed before you, trusting that as you do, He will direct your paths.

When many needs press at once, it can help to narrow the focus to the next step in front of you. One practice that often brings clarity is to set aside a few quiet minutes each day to be still before the Lord, write down the one or two decisions weighing on you most, and what options and concerns you see. Then share that simple list with a trusted pastor or a mature believer who knows you. That kind of steady counsel can help you sort what to do now and what to wait on, and for finances having a clear written picture of income, bills and immediate needs often makes the next wise action more obvious to you and to anyone advising you.

We are asking God to give you and your family steadiness, wisdom for each choice, and peace as you trust Him day by day.

Father, we lift our friend and their family to You. Give clear wisdom for each decision, calm as they wait on You, and Your provision and direction for their home and finances. Help them to rest in Your care while they walk faithfully in what You put before them today. In Jesus name, Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your request for prayer concerning your family and your finances, and for guidance and wisdom to be still and let the Lord take control, has been brought before the Lord with care.

It is a wise prayer you have prayed, for wisdom is man's true compass by which he is to steer across the trackless waste of life, and that wisdom is not found in our own anxious planning but in Christ, who is the power of God and the wisdom of God. He planned the way of salvation and He orders every step of His people, and there is none like Him for goodness and love and wisdom. What He does is always best, and His will ought to be done on earth as it is in heaven.

You ask to be still and to let Him take control. This is that unconditional surrender of which Scripture speaks, Submit yourselves therefore to God. It is the true surrender of every proud pretension, to fling wide the gates of the city of Mansoul and admit Prince Emanuel to rule as sole sovereign in every street. Bowing with submission to the will of God, by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. Haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, but holiness is near akin to perfect wisdom. Half a word from the divine Spirit, the very gentlest motion from Him, should be enough guidance, and straightway we should be ready to do His bidding.

You also desire to have faith with works. That is well, for true faith is never idle. The child of God does not merely know the way, he is led. He does not pretend to guide himself, but puts himself fully under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, taking Christ to be unto him Wisdom, and expecting to receive that Wisdom as the Spirit takes of the things of Christ and reveals them unto him. He is not a teacher but a disciple, not a guide but one who is guided. And that guidance shows itself in great principles infused in the heart, to avoid everything that is evil and to walk in obedience.

For your family, we pray that the Lord would make His covenant grace known in your household. As He preserved Noah and his house in the ark, so He delights to bless families that seek Him together. Let family prayer be kept up with double zeal, for it is the nutriment of family piety and the scarlet line in the window that marks a house as belonging to the Lord. May He give you and yours to be of one heart in Christ.

For your finances, we pray that He who owns all things would supply your need according to His riches and teach you to trust Him with true wisdom. The price of wisdom is above rubies, and it cannot be valued with pure gold, yet God gives it liberally to those who ask Him.

Let us pray together. O Father, in the name of Jesus Thy Son, look upon this Thy child who seeks Thy face for family and for daily bread. Grant softening grace and sober wisdom, knowledge and discretion. Lead by Thy counsel and afterwards receive to glory. Teach this soul to be still and know that Thou art God, to surrender at discretion to Thy method of working, and to prove faith by faithful obedience. Provide for every temporal need, give peace within the walls of the home, and let Thy perfect will be done. We ask this not for merit in us, but for the sake of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
