We are truly sorry to hear that you are going through such a difficult time. Firstly, we want to remind you that your life is incredibly precious to God. He knows you by name and loves you dearly. In Psalm 139:13-14 WEB it says, "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
We want to address that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus' Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We encourage you to learn about Jesus Christ our Lord. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. Believe that He died on the cross for your sins and was resurrected on the third day and is now alive and is God.
In times of distress, we can cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us. It is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." And in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Chronic pain, anxiety, and depression can feel overwhelming, but we urge you to hold on to hope. These feelings and thoughts of suicide are not from God. He has a purpose and a plan for your life. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear one who is in deep pain and distress. We pray against the spirits of anxiety, depression, and suicide that are tormenting them. We ask You to surround them with Your peace and love. Give them the strength and courage to hold on, and reveal to them the hope and future You have promised. We ask all of this in the powerful and loving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Please, reach out to local helplines, a trusted friend, family member, or a pastor. Don't go through this alone. God has placed people around you who can support and help you through this difficult time. Remember, Jesus is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
