I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a diff

Pray for your wellness and well-being both psychologically and physically in His name. Amen.

As a sufferer of depression, OCD and other accompanying ailments for over ### years (from ### to ###), I've been there and done that. By God's causeless and ceaseless mercy, I was able to get out of it completely, albeit in a gradual process.

Yes, prayer is mighty effective, but equally important is to take a proactive decision to dedicate your life to God's own purpose and make incremental positive changes - in the form of diet, exercises, chronicling thoughts and feelings - without trying to analyze them. Some knowledge of psychology also helps as it helps us decipher what attacks us when and why.

I will be more glad to offer my two cents worth and can be reached at ###.

Beyond all, unconditional faith in the Lord is what truly matters.

Please consult a psychologist; it has helped me a lot; I was going through the same 9 months ago; I am far better now.

I pray that God give you strength to stand firm in this hard time, May God hear your prayer in Jesus name, Amen.

I also have my times of anxiety because of a Retina detachment in my left eye and still healing and believing Jesus to heal it complete. My advice to you for the anxiety is to spend more time in the word of God and look for Scriptures that are of concern to you such as Anxiety & Depression. God's word is medicine to our body so it's up to us to apply it in our mind. Jesus came to give us life in abundance, but Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Speak to your mountains as it says in Mark 11:23, and believe. We tend to focus more on my problems which makes the problem bigger than what it really is. So I am still learning to do this more: speak to your mountain of Anxiety & Depression and command it with the power & authority that every knee must bow, in the Name Of Jesus. Remember Jesus died and took 39 stripes for our sickness & diseases among everything we face in this life. It's already done so we must receive it, trust, believe in faith. Jesus is the source of our faith as His faith is perfect, so if your faith is not strong tell Jesus I put my faith in you, so that you can get the faith from Jesus. I pray that you find the peace that surpasses all understanding and Jesus put His peace in you and deliver you now from this bondage of Anxiety & Depression. God Bless you, and remember Jesus Loves you.

Please do meditation. In meditation close your eyes by sitting crossed legs focus on Jesus or visualised any good scenary like water waves or field

and start deep breathing. Your anxiety level will come down and then there will be peace. You have to do it every day at the same time and the same place. You will surely feel better.

You have the authority in the name of Jesus over all the force of the enemy. Command these demons of anxiety and depression to leave you in the name of Jesus and never come back again. You have the power, they don't, they are liars and are defeated. You have the victory in Jesus name. Don't fear them, trust God.

You most repent of any sin that opened the door to the devil in your life and ask Jesus to forgive you and cleanse your soul. Then ask him to deliver you from those demons and heal your soul and your body. He will do it.

I suffered for many years with depression and anxiety and was trying to take care of my ### children. I was on medications, nothing helped me until I learned to forgive the Lord. He showed me I had a lot of unforgiveness in my heart. It has been over ### years, no medication, and I am happy. I had to forgive and let go. God will help you. Ask Him, tell Him all your hurt; He will turn it into joy.
