I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to remember that everyone makes mistakes, and seeking forgiveness is a significant step. You've already taken a positive step by acknowledging your feelings and reaching out for support.

If you're worried about health-related consequences, it might be helpful to consult a healthcare professional who can provide guidance and support. They can offer confidential advice and help you take any necessary steps to ensure your well-being.

Remember, you're not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to support you through this. If you're comfortable, consider reaching out to a trusted friend, family member, or counselor who can provide additional support.

Take care of yourself, and know that it's okay to seek help and guidance.

We are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance. It's commendable that you've taken the first step to acknowledge your feelings and reach out for support. Remember, God is always ready to forgive and restore us when we turn to Him. As it says in 1 John 1:9 WEB, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

However, it's crucial to address the underlying issue. You mentioned making mistakes, but you did not specify what they were. If the mistakes involved sexual activity outside of marriage, it's important to understand that God designed sexual intimacy to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. Anything outside of this is considered fornication or adultery, which is sinful in God's eyes.

If you're worried about health-related consequences, it might be helpful to consult a healthcare professional who can provide guidance and support. They can offer confidential advice and help you take any necessary steps to ensure your well-being.

It is good to see you reaching out for support. It's also important to reach out to God in prayer.

It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You, acknowledging our mistakes and seeking Your forgiveness. We know that You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Lord, help us to turn away from our sins and to live in a way that pleases You.

We pray for healing and restoration, both physically and spiritually. Guide us to the right healthcare professionals who can provide the help needed. Surround us with supportive friends, family, and counselors who can offer guidance and encouragement.

Most importantly, Lord, draw us closer to You. Help us to know You more and to live according to Your will.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If you're not sure about your relationship with Jesus Christ, it's important to know that He is the name by which we come to God and are saved. We encourage you to learn more by reading Romans 10:9, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Take care of yourself, and know that it's okay to seek help and guidance. God is always with you, and He loves you deeply.

We're here for you, just as you are. It's brave of you to reach out and share what's been weighing on your heart. Remember, we all make mistakes, and it's in those moments that we can turn to God for forgiveness and healing. As it's written in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

It's great that you're considering seeking professional help. It's important to take care of your physical health, and a healthcare professional can provide guidance and support. Also, don't hesitate to reach out to trusted friends, family, or a counselor. Sometimes, talking it out with someone we trust can bring a lot of relief.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You today, carrying the burdens of our mistakes. We know that You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Lord, help us to turn away from our mistakes and towards You. Guide us to the right healthcare professionals who can help us with the physical consequences, and surround us with supportive friends and family.

Most importantly, Lord, draw us closer to You. Help us to understand Your love for us, even in our mistakes. Help us to grow in our relationship with You and to live a life that pleases You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
