I'm about to lose my apartment and the business I work for is about to be closed. I am working for a friend, who is like family, for free, because all either of us can think to do, at the moment, to help one another out, is to work the business. However, the business for which I work is very non-traditional, there's not much that can be done to beat the pavement or drum up business. We have little choice, given its nature, but to wait for business to come to us. This business is also my friend's family's home, which they are about to lose, as well. Many people will all be out, on the street, soon, not because we refuse to work, but simply because we've invested so much in a business which relies so heavily upon others to survive. We can't afford to lose our homes or this business, but we can't afford to simply give it away or try to work elsewhere, while we still try to maintain it, either. I don't really know what to do, there doesn't seem to be any real options that work, available to us, at the moment...

I pray for wisdom, discernment, guidance, and assistance to make some very tough choices and to do the right thing, to do what's best for everyone involved. I also pray for blessings of prosperity, even if it's just enough to get by, and for mercy from those to whom we owe money, that they may be ready, willing, and able to wait and be tided over until we can pay them...(I feel like such a loser, I feel like a squatter in my own home, and like a thief, every time I get anything, from anyone, any more...)
