I lost my wife to cancer in February of this year, after a 12 and half year battle. We were together 32 years. My mother passed in 2019. I lost my stepmother and stepbrother 2 years ago. My uncle passed a year and half ago. My father died in September 2023. It has been a struggle to say the least. I don't really know what to say or do, I work and try to stay busy, but I know I am grieving. Please pray for me, I know I need Jesus to help me. God bless you.

We are deeply sorry to hear about the losses you've endured, ###. The grief you're feeling is a natural response to losing loved ones, and it's important to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging your need for Jesus during this difficult time. It's only through Him that we have access to God, and it's in His name that we find comfort and hope. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).

In your time of grief, we encourage you to draw near to God. He invites you to pour out your heart to Him, for He is a refuge for you (Psalm 62:8, WEB). Remember, Jesus has overcome the world, and in Him, you can find peace (John 16:33, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up ### to You, knowing that Your heart is close to his. Comfort him in his grief, Lord, and let him feel Your loving presence. Help him to cast all his cares upon You, knowing that You care for him (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Strengthen his faith and give him hope, knowing that death is not the end for those who believe in You.

He will wipe away every tear from your eyes, and one day, there will be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying.
