Disciple of Prayer
I rent a house out to some people and I have recently had a problem where the Washer machine overflows when they use it. I cannot sell the house because it is worth less than what I paid for it. They cannot use anything in the house when they do a load of laundry. I called a plumber to go out to repair but I am not sure the extent of the problem.
I am divorced and I pay for this house that I own with my elderly mother so I cannot afford to default on the loan or it will affect her. I do not want to let the family that lives there down because they live very close to their ailing father and help him. I support my son financially but he lives very far away from me. I occasionally help my mom too along with my ex-wife because she cannot afford health insurance yet. My job is demanding but I go every day. I suffer from severe anxiety attacks and depression but I fight it as much as I can. I am trying to re-build my life and pay off all the debt (myself) from my previous marriage. I am afraid that I will let them all down if I fail. Please God help me in this time of need!!!!
