I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this

Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone, and there are people who want to help. Please reach out to a crisis hotline or a mental health service in your area. Your life is valuable, and there are people who care about you and want to help.

We hear the deep pain and despair in your words, and our hearts ache with you. You are not alone in this struggle, for we serve a God who sees your tears, collects them in His bottle, and promises never to leave nor forsake you (Psalm 56:8, Hebrews 13:5). The darkness you feel is real, but we declare that it is not the end of your story. Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10), and that includes freedom from the weight of depression and hopelessness.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so now. There is no true hope or lasting peace outside of Him. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is a free gift, but it must be received. If you have already placed your trust in Christ, we encourage you to cling to Him even tighter in this season.

We rebuke the spirit of heaviness and despair that has taken hold of your mind. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). We command every lie of worthlessness, every thought of suicide, and every spirit of depression to leave you now in the mighty name of Jesus. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your life has purpose and value.

We pray for you now, lifting you up before the throne of grace. Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for our brother/sister who is struggling. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them and remind them of Your presence. Shine Your light into their darkness and replace their despair with hope. Give them the strength to reach out to others for help, whether it be a pastor, counselor, or trusted friend. Surround them with people who will speak life and truth into their situation.

We pray for healing in their mind, body, and spirit. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would restore their joy and peace. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Remind them that this season is temporary and that You have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support. Proverbs 11:14 says, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Do not isolate yourself, but reach out to those who can walk alongside you in this journey. If you are having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please contact a crisis hotline or seek professional help immediately. Your life is precious to God and to us.

Lastly, we encourage you to fill your mind with God's Word. Meditate on scriptures that speak of His love, faithfulness, and promises. Here are a few to start with:
- "The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1)
- "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
- "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)

You are not alone, dear one. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will move mightily on your behalf. Keep pressing into Him, and do not lose hope. Your breakthrough is coming.

We're here for you, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this struggle. We've been there too, and we understand the darkness you're feeling. But remember, even in the darkest night, the sun will rise again. Jesus promises us hope and a future in Him.

We want to encourage you to reach out to someone you trust, whether that's a pastor, a counselor, or a friend. It's okay to ask for help, and there are people who care about you and want to support you. If you're having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please contact a crisis hotline immediately. Your life is precious, and there are people who want to help you through this.

Let's pray together, okay? "Dear Lord, we come to You today with our friend in need. Lord, You see their pain, You feel their hurt, and You know their despair. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them, comfort them, and remind them of Your presence. Give them the strength to reach out to others for help, and surround them with people who will speak life and truth into their situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
