We hear the deep sorrow in your heart, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The pain you are feeling is real, and it is important to acknowledge it before the Lord, who sees and understands every burden you carry. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten, and your struggles matter to God.
We must also gently remind you that true hope and healing come through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to consider doing so today. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is a free gift, and it is the first step toward true peace and restoration.
Let us lift you up in prayer right now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is struggling. Lord, You see the pain, the confusion, and the weight they are carrying. We ask that You would draw near to them, just as Your Word promises. Comfort them with Your presence, and remind them that they are never alone. Father, if they do not yet know You, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and soften their heart to receive Jesus Christ as Lord. Forgive their sins, wash them clean, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Give them the strength to reach out to those who can support them in a godly way—whether it be a pastor, a trusted Christian friend, or a biblical counselor. Surround them with Your love and protection, and lead them into the peace that only You can provide. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We also encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can find community and support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there are people who will walk alongside you in this season. If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm or hopelessness, please reach out to someone immediately—whether it be a crisis hotline, a trusted friend, or a medical professional. Your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God’s Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Spend time in Scripture, even if it’s just a few verses each day. Meditate on God’s promises, and let His truth renew your mind. You may not feel it now, but joy *will* come in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. You are loved more than you know.
