We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and struggles that you're going through. Thank you for reaching out and submitting your request, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father for all things. It is good that you realize you need help with alcoholism. First, let us address the physical pain and anxiety. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). We can take comfort in knowing that God is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Jesus Christ,
We come before you, lifting up this dear one who is in great pain and suffering, both alcoholism, physically and emotionally. We ask for Your healing touch on their back and legs. Please, Lord, grant the doctors wisdom and guidance as they perform the MRI and provide the necessary treatment.
We also pray for deliverance from the bondage of alcoholism. Father, we know that You are a God of forgiveness and restoration of those suffering the effects of alcoholism. We ask that You forgive them, cleanse them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the strength to overcome this addiction. Help them to turn away from this temptation and find comfort and fulfillment in You alone.
Lord, we also pray for their anxiety to be replaced with a supernatural peace that can only come from You. Cast out all fear and fill them with Your love and courage to face whatever may come their way.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing, restoration, and a renewed sense of purpose. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Amen.
In regards to the alcoholism, we encourage you to take heart from the words of the Apostle Paul, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB). With God's help, you can overcome this struggle.
Remember, God's forgiveness is always available to those who seek it. The Bible also says, "For I will forgive their wickedness, and I will remember their sins no more" (Jeremiah 31:34 WEB).
While waiting for help in the hospital, consider meditating on God's Word and seeking His presence. His will is good, acceptable, and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB). This will help to replace the anxiety with peace. Thank you for praying in Jesus's name and making him the center of your request.
