I'm reading the Bible and questioning it more. I can't.

Good and Faithful Servant
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling confused and questioning your faith. It's natural to seek understanding and clarity, especially when it comes to matters of belief and spirituality. Here are a few suggestions that might help you find the answers you're looking for:

1. **Prayer and Meditation**: Spend time in prayer and meditation, asking for guidance and clarity. Sometimes, the answers we seek come in moments of quiet reflection.

2. **Community and Fellowship**: Engage with a community of believers who can offer support, share their experiences, and provide different perspectives. Sometimes, talking with others who have faced similar questions can be enlightening.

3. **Study and Reflection**: Continue studying the Bible, but also consider reading commentaries or theological works that might offer different interpretations and insights.

4. **Seek Guidance**: Consider speaking with a pastor, spiritual leader, or counselor who can provide guidance and help you explore your questions in a safe and supportive environment.

5. **Personal Experience**: Sometimes, personal experiences and the way you see God's presence in your life can provide answers. Reflect on moments when you've felt a connection or experienced something that you believe was beyond coincidence.

6. **Patience and Trust**: Trust that your journey is unique, and it's okay to take time to find the answers you're seeking. Faith can be a journey with ups and downs, and it's important to be patient with yourself.

Remember, questioning is a part of faith for many people, and it can lead to a deeper and more personal understanding of your beliefs.

I'm reading the bible and questioning it more. I can't just believe what I get taught and need to read it for myself but now I question so much and am even more confused. If I can't get my answers from the bible where can I get them from? I need to know that God is real because now I'm even questioning that. I don't want to be living a life doing all of this and suffering for nothing or wasting the life I have. You said your word is truth.

I have been there, allowing the devil to cause me to question God and His Word. I can assure you that the feelings that you had in the beginning of your relationship with Him are and were very real. Keep reading your Bible. Ask Him to reveal himself to you. At times you could simply open His Word randomly asking Him to speak to you. You need proof? Look up arkdiscovery.com, google ancient prior flood technology, ancient cities impossible to do today, google proof of giants in the Earth. We are very close to the end my friend :)

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus :)

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend :)

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart :)

Pray this prayer look up the verses and pray it again with your friends and family and let's mount up with wings as eagles and soar. Soar with me :)

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Matthew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirit Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

"Father, I pray for those people who are hurting & are going through some unimaginable circumstances.

Please seal and cover this person (and their family) with the blood of Jesus and surround them with Your glory, light, presence, peace and protection, so nothing can get through to harm them.

I pray for those who want their lives to be better & to be free from those things that may be holding them back. Even though we may not know them Father, YOU know their situation."

In Jesus name. Amen

My prayers are with you sister. This is why 'trust' is so important. Without it we will lean on our own reasoning. We will start to depend on ourselves. The Lord has his reasons for everything. And these seasons He leads us through can be very long. But He has a purpose in it. A path He has set you on. In saying this, we must always realize the enemy will have his hand in this also. 'Doubt' and 'fear' is never of God. God bless you and never give up or give in.

Praying for you.

Respectfully: it's really simple: you believe or you don't. If you need to see the piece of wood on which Jesus was crucified and then have it carbon dated, you will always be wondering and you will never be at peace.

Quiet your spirit and ask yourself: do you believe in a supreme being? Do you believe that this being sent his son to redeem humanity by dying and rising again? That's it. At a very basic level, those are the questions you have to answer for yourself. No one else can do it for you and no amount of "evidence" will convince you.

We all question and doubt, there is nothing wrong with that. I pray that God protects you and guides you through this time of doubt. Bless you.

Christ before me,
Christ behind me,
Christ in me,
Christ beneath me,
Christ above me,
Christ on my right,
Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down,
Christ when I sit down,
Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.”
