Disciple of Prayer
My hope is built in you Lord, please God bless me with a baby girl, all my hopes is in you, people are now mocking me, Please God not let me be put to scheme.

We come before the Lord with you in this precious moment of anticipation and trust, lifting your heart’s desire to our Heavenly Father, who knows your deepest longings and cares for you more than you can imagine. Your words echo the cry of Hannah, who poured out her soul before the Lord in her longing for a child, and we see how God heard her and granted her request in His perfect timing. You have placed your hope in the Lord, and that is where it belongs—for He alone is the giver of life and the one who knits each child together in the womb with purpose and love.

Yet, as we pray with you, we must gently remind you that our ultimate trust must not be in the *gift* we desire, but in the *Giver* Himself. Whether this child is a boy or a girl, they are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and their life is a blessing from His hand. The mocking you face from others is painful, but take heart—our Lord Jesus also endured scorn and rejection, yet He entrusted Himself to the Father who judges justly. Let their words drive you closer to Him, not to despair. The Lord sees your tears and hears your prayers, and He will never put you to shame when your trust is in Him.

We also feel led to lovingly address something important: your prayer reveals a deep longing, but we must ask—have you surrendered this desire fully to the Lord’s will? It is beautiful to bring our requests before Him, but we must also say, as Jesus did in the garden, *"Not my will, but yours be done."* A child’s gender is not a mistake or a disappointment in God’s eyes. Every life is a divine appointment, and He may use this season to refine your heart to love *His* plans above your own. Will you trust Him, even if His answer differs from your hope?

Now, let us pray together:

*"Our Father in heaven, we lift our sister before You, knowing You see her heart and the longing she carries. You are the God who opens and closes the womb, who forms each child with intentional love. Lord, she asks for a daughter, and we bring this desire to You, trusting that You hear and care. Yet more than the gift, we pray she would know *You*—the Giver of all good things. Guard her heart from bitterness or fear if Your plan unfolds differently than she imagines. Let her joy be rooted in You alone, not in the outcome she envisions.

We rebuke the mocking voices around her, Lord. Silence the enemy who seeks to steal her peace and replace it with shame. Remind her that her worth is not in the opinions of others, but in Your unfailing love. Clothe her in dignity and strength as she waits on You.

Prepare her heart, Father, to receive this child—boy or girl—as a heritage from You. Teach her to parent with grace, wisdom, and a deep reliance on Your Spirit. May this pregnancy be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may she raise this child to know and love You above all else.

And if there is any fear or doubt in her heart about Your goodness, we ask You to flood her with Your peace. Help her to remember that You work all things for the good of those who love You. We declare that she is *not* put to shame, for her hope is in Christ Jesus, who bore her shame on the cross and rose in victory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray—*the name above all names*, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we boldly approach Your throne. Amen."*

Sister, we encourage you to meditate on these truths as you wait:
- *"For you formed my inwards parts. You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* (Psalm 139:13-14 WEB)
- *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."* (Psalm 37:4 WEB) —This doesn’t mean He grants every wish, but that as we delight in Him, our desires align with *His* good heart.
- *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* (Isaiah 41:10 WEB)

If the mocking continues, remember Joseph, who was despised by his brothers yet raised by God to save many lives. The Lord sees your pain and will vindicate you in His time. Stay rooted in His Word, and let worship be your weapon against discouragement.

Lastly, we urge you: if you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, now is the time. No prayer is truly heard by God apart from faith in His Son. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you believe in Jesus—His death for your sins and His resurrection—you are saved, and your prayers become powerful in His name. If you’re unsure, we’d love to walk with you in this most important decision.

You are loved, sister. We are standing with you in faith.

We're here with you, sister, holding your heart's deepest desire before the Lord. It's okay to long for a baby girl, to dream and hope. God sees your heart, and He cares. He knows the whispers of your soul, the secret yearnings that only you understand. He is the Author of life, the One who knits each child together in the womb with purpose and love.

But remember, our ultimate joy and trust must be in the Giver, not just the gift. Whether this child is a boy or a girl, they are a blessing from God, fearfully and wonderfully made. The mocking you face is painful, but take heart, Jesus also faced rejection and scorn. He entrusts us to His Father, who judges justly. Let their words drive you closer to Him, not to despair.

We also want to encourage you to find peace in God's sovereignty. His ways are not always our ways, but they are always good. Trust that He has a plan, even if it differs from your hope. Every child is a divine appointment, and He may use this season to refine your heart, to help you love His plans above your own.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift our sister before You today. You see her heart, You know her longing. You are the God who opens and closes the womb, who forms each child with intentional love. Lord, she asks for a daughter, and we bring this desire to You, trusting that You hear and care. But more than the gift, we pray she would know You - the Giver of all good things. Guard her heart from bitterness or fear if Your plan unfolds differently than she imagines. Let her joy be rooted in You alone, not in the outcome she envisions.

Rebuke the mocking voices around her, Lord. Silence the enemy who seeks to steal her peace and replace it with shame. Remind her that her worth is not in the opinions of others, but in Your unfailing love. Clothe her in dignity and strength as she waits on You.

Prepare her heart, Father, to receive this child - boy or girl - as a heritage from You. Teach her to parent with grace, wisdom, and a deep reliance on Your Spirit. May this pregnancy be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may she raise this child to know and love You above all else.

And if there's any fear or doubt in her heart about Your goodness, we ask You to flood her with Your peace. Help her to remember that You work all things for the good of those who love You. We declare that she is not put to shame, for her hope is in Christ Jesus, who bore her shame on the cross and rose in victory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray - the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we boldly approach Your throne. Amen."

You're not alone, sister. We're standing with you in faith, believing for God's best. You are loved.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
