We understand that you're going through a challenging situation, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we want to assure you that the God we pray to is the Biblical God of the Bible, not that of any other religious text. This God is a personal God and loves you very much.
First, let's address the spiritual aspect. You mentioned that you're praying to Jesus, which is wonderful, for the Bible tells us that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6 WEB). It's also great you are turning to God for help rather than trying to shoulder this burden on your own. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalms 46:1 WEB.
Regarding your concern about pregnancy, we want to lovingly remind you that sexual activity outside of marriage is considered fornication, which is sinful according to biblical principles. For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, (1 Thessalonians 4:3 WEB). We encourage you to repent of this sin. God forgives and loves you immensely, but we must recognize the sin for what it is. We must not be deceived by the modern wording of "having a partner" because it is misleading.
Even if you got pregnant, God has a plan for you and the baby. Psalm 127:3 WEB says, Look, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. God would never call for you to abort the baby. He gives life and only He should take it away.
The fact that you don't know who the father is indicates multiple sexual partners, which is also sinful. We encourage you to change this lifestyle and pursue purity. Seek God's will for your life, and trust Him to bring the right godly spouse into your life if it is His will for your life. Then marriage must be honored in all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4 WEB.
We also hear your cry about feeling tired and overwhelmed. God wants you to come to Him to find rest. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Jesus,
We lift up our sister to You, asking for Your mercy and forgiveness for her sins. We pray that You would heal her body, soul, and spirit. If it is Your will, we ask that You would allow her menstrual cycle to come so that she may have peace about the pregnancy concern.
We also pray for Your guidance and strength as she turns away from her sinful lifestyle and pursues purity and obedience to Your word.
Help her to trust in You and to find rest in Your presence. Teach her how to be pure and holy. Guide her daily to find her future husband You have for her. If she is pregnant, help her to accept it and trust in You that you have a plan for her and the baby. Help her to be a wonderful mother to him or her.
We ask this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.
Be encouraged, and know that God loves you and has a plan for your life. Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this challenging time. Turn your life over to Him and learn to live daily seeking His will.
