I do not know how to handle a very difficult tough time with my boss, his very poor health, his confusing instructions, demands, and my inability to sort it all out and feeling helpless and afraid. Please pray for me and ### to be able to sort it out peacefully and effectively.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' Name, asking for Your help and guidance for ### in this difficult and tough time with their boss. Lord, we pray that You would give ### wisdom and discernment to sort through the confusing instructions, demands, and feelings of helplessness and fear. Lord, we pray for Your healing touch on their boss's health and for Your peace to be upon them both. Help them to find a way to work together peacefully and effectively.
