I'm feeling unfairly treated by my boss. Sometimes he yells at me in front of other employees. He even allows others to do some of my duties in my department that I am fully capable of doing.

I like working day shift, but now my boss wants to put me back to the shift work.

I was supposed to go to Norway for ebs coach training. So I'm worried because if I go back to shift work, they might send someone whom they favor.
