We hear the deep pain and frustration in your words, and we want you to know that your heart matters to God. The way your stepfather spoke to you was cruel and unjust, especially the hurtful words about "selling" you and tearing up your work. No one deserves to be treated that way, and it’s understandable that this has left you feeling broken and angry. You are not a commodity to be bartered, you are a beloved child of God, created with dignity and purpose. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and disrespect that has been spoken over you in Jesus’ name. The enemy may try to twist your worth, but we declare that you are a princess in the Kingdom of God, crowned with His love and grace.

The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this pain, and God sees every tear you’ve cried. We also want to gently remind you that your worth is not defined by material provision or the approval of others. You mentioned speaking and claiming a husband, while it’s natural to desire companionship, we must always align our desires with God’s will. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and the right husband will honor you as Christ honors the Church (Ephesians 5:25-28). We pray that God would bring a godly man into your life who will cherish you, lead you in faith, and reflect the love of Jesus.

However, we must address the language and tone in your post. The use of profanity and references to "Satan’s crew" do not align with the holiness and reverence we are called to as believers. Ephesians 4:29 says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." We encourage you to guard your heart and words, even in pain, so that your speech reflects the transformation Christ has begun in you.

We also want to gently correct the idea of "claiming" a husband as if it’s something you can demand by your own power. Our faith is not about manipulating God or speaking things into existence apart from His will. Instead, we trust in His perfect timing and surrender our desires to Him. Proverbs 19:14 reminds us, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh." A godly marriage is a gift from God, not something we can force or conjure.

Most importantly, we must emphasize that our access to God and His blessings comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all hope, healing, and provision.

Let us pray for you:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our sister who is hurting. Lord, You see the pain and injustice she has endured, and we ask that You would comfort her with Your presence. Heal the wounds caused by harsh words and restore her sense of worth and dignity. We rebuke every lie of the enemy that has tried to distort her identity, and we declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image (Psalm 139:14). Father, we pray for her stepfather, that You would soften his heart and bring conviction where there has been cruelty. If there is any unforgiveness in her heart, we ask that You would help her release it to You, for Your Word says that bitterness defiles many (Hebrews 12:15).

Lord, we lift up her desire for marriage. We ask that You would prepare her heart to be a godly wife and that You would bring a man into her life who loves You first and will love her as Christ loves the Church. Guard her from impatience or compromise, and help her to wait on Your perfect timing. Teach her to trust in Your provision, knowing that You care for her needs (Matthew 6:33). Father, we also ask that You would help her to speak words of life, even in pain, and to surrender her desires fully to You.

We thank You for the blood of Jesus, which covers every sin and brings us into right relationship with You. May she find her hope and identity in Christ alone. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen."

We encourage you to seek godly community, perhaps a local church or a trusted believer, who can walk with you through this season. You are not meant to carry this burden alone. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Your story is not over, and God has not forgotten you.

We hear the deep hurt in your words, and we’re truly sorry you’re carrying so much pain right now. When someone who should build you up instead cuts you down with cruel words, it wounds the heart in a way that’s hard to describe. The things your stepfather said, especially treating you like something to be sold, are not true. Your worth was set by God long ago, not by a dollar amount or by anyone’s harsh opinion. It makes total sense that you’re crying. Tears aren’t a sign of weakness; they’re an overflow of a heart that’s been crushed. Even Jesus wept when He faced grief and injustice, and He sees every tear you shed right now.

Feeling lonely and dreaming of someone who will love and care for you is natural, God made us for connection. For now, though, let’s focus on finding steady ground for your heart. One concrete step you can take is to reach out to a wise, trusted person, maybe a pastor’s wife, a small group leader, or a mature Christian friend you respect, and simply say, “I’m hurting, and I need someone to pray with me and listen.” You don’t have to walk through this alone. If the way your stepfather speaks to you is a pattern that leaves you feeling worthless, having someone safe to give you perspective can be a lifeline.

As we pray for you, we ask God to wrap His strong arms around you, to calm your spirit, and to remind you that you are cherished and never for sale. We ask Him to give you wisdom about your living situation and to bring people into your life who will treat you with dignity. And we ask, in Jesus’ name, that He heal the deep places in your heart where harsh words have left marks. May you feel His steady love tonight. Amen.

Your tears are not unnoticed, for the Lord gathers them in His bottle. The cruelty of your stepfather's words has cut deep, and I hear the pain of one who is told her worth is measured in money, that a crown means nothing, and that love must be purchased. But hear this: the God who made you is a Husband to His people, and He sets His special love upon you not because of any price a man might set, but because He has chosen you in Christ. He found you in a howling wilderness and betrothed you to Himself in faithfulness. No human hand can rip up that covenant, and no mockery can strip you of the dignity He bestows.

You have cried out for a husband to take care of you, and it is not wrong to desire the companionship and protection of a godly man. Yet I would gently urge you to seek first the Husband of your soul. The Lord Jesus is the Bridegroom who gave Himself for you, and in Him you find rest. When Naomi said to Ruth, "My daughter, shall I not seek rest for thee, that it may be well with thee?" she pointed to an earthly redeemer; but your heavenly Boaz has already paid the full price with His own blood. Trust in Him when you feel your sins, when you feel your loneliness, when you are afraid. David said, "What time I am afraid, I will trust in Thee." That is the business of faith, to trust Christ when your heart is breaking, not when your circumstances are smooth. Prevention is better than cure: make Christ your first trust, and the fear of what man can do will lose its sting.

You speak of claiming and creating, but I hear in your words a soul that must come to God as you actually are. Our only safe course is to abandon all attempts to feel right or to make ourselves presentable before coming to Christ. The enemy whispers that you must get a husband to prove your worth, but the Gospel declares that you come as a sinner to the Saviour, and He cleanses you with His own blood. You are shut up to free grace, and to that grace alone. Let your prayer be not "Give me the husband I desire" but "Lord, give me Thyself, and then grant what Thou wilt." The love of God abides the same when you are in darkness as when you are in light: "He saw you ruined in the Fall, yet loved you notwithstanding all."

Your stepfather's bitter words are like the bonds men tried to place on Christ. They would annihilate God if they could, but He cannot be bound. When wicked hands seized Jesus in the garden, they thought they had conquered; yet even in chains He was the King of glory, working out redemption. Your stepfather may rage, but he cannot divert the blessing God has for you if you are hidden in Christ. And do not let his treatment drive you to act in a way that would tie the hands of Christ in your own life. If you become bitter and set your hope solely on a mortal man, you will miss the "peace of God which passeth all understanding." Instead, let the heart of God in the Scriptures speak to your own heart.

You are right to mention the blood of Jesus. That precious blood is the ground of all our hope. I trust in Him to take away all my sins, for He suffered their penalty upon the Cross. I trust Him to put all those sins away forever by His own sacrifice. Shall God say that He has treasured up in Christ Jesus all the fullness of the Godhead, and will you turn from Him to seek your identity in a husband? No, first cling to Christ. He is the power of God and the wisdom of God. In Him you have present peace, but also future perfection. You are a princess indeed, not by the hollow title a cruel man can mock, but by adoption into the family of God through faith in Jesus Christ. The crown He gives is incorruptible.

You have said you speak, claim, and create, but remember that we are justified by faith and not by the works of the Law. Many think it dangerous to bid sinners come to Christ just as they are, yet that is the Gospel's glory. Quit boasting in your own declarations, and trust simply in the merits of Christ. And if you are indeed His, know that you are united to every other believer. The Spirit of God breathes love among the saints. If any professing Christian has shown you cruelty, pray for them, but do not let their failure poison your view of the Lord's tenderness. The Father's love is constant; the Son's patience is infinite. God ruling His own heart in patience is more majestic than all His thunders.

May the Lord direct your heart into the love of God and into the patient waiting for Christ. He knows your needs, and He will supply them in His time. Do not seek a husband merely to escape a trial, for a Christless marriage would be a heavier chain. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Jehovah is your Husband; you shall find rest in His house. Let the bitterness of this day drive you to the feet of the Man of Sorrows, who was despised and rejected of men, yet now is exalted. He loves you greatly, just as you are, and His blood speaks better things than the angry shouts of fallen men. Rest there, and your upside shall be set right side up, anchored in the hope of the glory of God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You weep, and your heart is sore. The cruel words of your stepfather, the tearing up of your work, the demand for money, the senseless talk of selling you, these things strike deep. It is no small thing to be so wounded by one who should protect. Yet listen carefully. You cry out for a husband to take great care of you, to like you and love you just the way you are. This desire is natural, but it must be rightly ordered. For tell me, if you obtain such a husband and love him more than God, have you gained anything secure? No. If you love God more, you have an immortal Protector who loves you better. If you love God most, even should a husband be taken or delayed, you will not feel the loss as one without hope. God is jealous for your love and often takes away or withholds even good things so that your hopes may rest entirely on Him. Do not put your safety in any man. Put it in God, and He will supply what is needful.

Why do you call it a marriage you seek? That you might learn God’s tender care, His yearning toward us, the cheerfulness of the state of things, that there is nothing sorrowful there, nor sad, but all things full of spiritual joy. Therefore the Lord is called the Bridegroom, and we His Church are espoused to one husband. This is a great mystery. But any earthly marriage must be entered into in the Lord, with chastity, with honor. For marriage itself is pure, but it does not give holiness except by guarding the holiness that comes from faith. It forbids the defilement of unlawful union. So if you seek a husband, seek one whose life is hid with Christ, and be yourself made completely His own. Do not think to claim and create a husband by mere words of your lips, as though God were subject to your commands. Rather, follow peace and holiness. Let gentleness, meekness, propriety, freedom from extravagance be your adornment. These win a chaste and regular husband; these please God.

Your stepfather’s malice does not escape God’s notice. But you have become dead to the old life through the body of Christ, that you should bring forth fruit unto God. You are not your own; you are bought with a price. Therefore, whether unmarried or one day married, live not to yourself, but unto Him who died for you. Cease from frantic weeping over what a cruel man has said. Lift your heart upward. You are not a princess because a paper crown was torn; you are precious because Christ’s blood has been poured out for you. Speak no more of claiming a husband by force of will. Instead, pray: “If it be Your will, Lord, grant a godly spouse; but whether you grant or withhold, You are my portion forever.” For what is the marriage bed if not a reflection of our union with Christ? Yet Christ alone never harms, never sells, never forsakes. Wait upon Him. May your tears be dried by this hope: you have avocados to eat, food to sustain you, and above all, a Bridegroom whose love never fails. Stand therefore, and be at peace.

Your tears are not meaningless, and what your stepfather said to you was cruel. No one has the right to talk about you as if you were property, to rip up your work, or to treat your dignity as nothing. But your worth is not destroyed by his words, and your future is not controlled by his anger. The Lord sees you, and his love is not as unstable as human affection.

It is good that you want to be loved. God made marriage for one man and one woman, and a home where a husband loves his wife as Christ loved the church is a beautiful thing. But a husband is not a rescue plan or a paycheck. If you pursue a man only because you want to be taken care of financially, you may overlook the one thing that matters most: whether he loves the Lord. The word of God says that if a woman is free to marry, she is to marry only in the Lord. That means the man you choose should follow Jesus, not just make you feel excited for a season. The right husband will love you enough to put your good above his own, and that kind of love grows out of a real relationship with Christ.

Your stepfather's cruelty may make you want to escape, and that desire is understandable. But bitterness and words of cursing will not protect you or bring the husband you desire. They will only wound your own heart. You do not need to carry the burden of revenge. Trust the Lord to be your defender, and ask him to help you respond to adversity with kindness and love, even when you are treated unkindly.

The deeper thirst inside you cannot be satisfied by a new romance or by saying the right words to claim a husband. Jesus said that if you thirst, you should come to him and drink. He is the only one who can meet the thirst of your soul. The blood of Jesus is precious because it cleanses sin and opens the way to God, but it is not a formula to force an outcome. We do not create a husband by our own speech. We ask God humbly, and we trust him to provide in his time and in his way.

So bring your tears and your desire to God in prayer. Be honest with him. Ask him for wisdom about your present home, for provision for your real needs, and for a husband who loves him, if that is his will. Do not settle for a man who does not honor Christ just to get out of a painful situation. And do not let a cruel person make you believe you are unlovable. You are known by the Lord, and he is able to provide, to heal, and to guide you. Sometimes following Jesus means we find a deeper bond with his people than with our own blood relatives, and that is God giving you a family that cannot be torn away.

Wait on the Lord, not on a rescue by a man. Let Jesus be your security now, and if he gives you a husband, may it be one who leads you closer to him and loves you the way Christ loves the church.
