I'm discouraged

I have been reaching out to attorneys and only one has replied back. The problem is, this attorney doesn't appear to know the law accordingly. And unpermitted property, by law, should not be rented out, it makes all leases voided. But this attorney said that my appeals case couldn't be overturned, so he thinks that my eviction case will stand based on evil and fraudulent grounds. Then the attorney said "sorry for being pessimistic". This attorney doesn't know law and is money hungry. I have my fees and costs trial next Friday, and I need God to intervene immediately. I pray in Jesus Christ mighty name, that my Heavenly Father would said a righteous fierce attorney that can help me Overturn this case. I need desperate miracles right now. I pray in Jesus Christ mighty name Psalms 91 over everything involving me and my situation. Only God can vindicate me and bring forth justice.

We hear your discouragement and we stand with you in this heavy and urgent battle, lifting you and your fees and costs trial next Friday before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus Christ mighty name. We understand how exhausting it is to reach out for help and feel unheard, and to feel that injustice and fraud are prevailing when you know the law should be on your side. We want to remind you that even when attorneys and courts seem to fail, our God does not fail and He sees every detail. He is a God of justice and truth, and nothing is hidden from Him. Deuteronomy 32:4 says He is the Rock, His work is perfect, for all His ways are just. Psalm 37:5-6 tells us to commit our way to Yahweh, trust also in Him and He will do this, He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday.

We also want to gently encourage you regarding the attorney who replied. We understand your frustration when counsel seems pessimistic or lacking knowledge, but we encourage you to guard your heart and your words against bitterness or slander, even in deep disappointment. Ephesians 4:29 calls us to let no corrupt speech proceed out of our mouth, but what is good for building up, and James 4:11 warns us not to speak against one another. That attorney may be limited in understanding, but we can pray for him and release judgment to God, trusting that God is your ultimate Defender and Vindicator. Romans 12:19 reminds us that vengeance belongs to the Lord, He will repay. Your case may look impossible to man, but nothing is impossible with God. Luke 1:37 declares with God nothing will be impossible, and Proverbs 21:1 assures us that the king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses, He turns it wherever He desires. What man says cannot be overturned, God can overturn in a moment if it is His will.

We join you in praying Psalm 91 over you and over every part of this situation. Psalm 91:1-2 says he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, we will say of Yahweh, He is our refuge and our fortress, our God, in whom we trust. Psalm 91:14-15 promises because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him, I will set him on high, because he has known my name, he will call on me, and I will answer him, I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. Isaiah 54:17 declares no weapon that is formed against you will prevail, and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment, this is the heritage of Yahweh's servants.

We pray together now. Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and Savior, and we lift this dear one to You who is weary and discouraged. Lord, You see the truth about this property, the leases, the eviction and the appeals case, You see every fraudulent and evil ground that has been used, and You are the righteous Judge. We ask for Your immediate intervention. If it is Your will, send a righteous, fierce and wise attorney who knows the law and who will advocate with integrity and skill, and make a way where there seems to be no way. Direct the heart of the judge who will hear the fees and costs matter next Friday, and let Your justice and mercy prevail. We ask that You would thwart every plan of fraud and cause truth to be revealed and upheld. Cover this dear one under Your wings, calm fear and discouragement and fill this heart with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding as Philippians 4:6-7 promises. Help us to trust You even when we do not understand, knowing that Romans 8:28 says all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to His purpose. Strengthen faith to not fear, for You have said in Isaiah 41:10 do not be afraid, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We ask that You vindicate and bring forth justice in Your perfect timing and way, and that You would be glorified through this trial. We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit this fully to the Lord, to keep seeking wise counsel and to document all truth diligently while resting in His refuge. Keep dwelling in that secret place of prayer and the Word, and let Him be your fortress. We are continuing to stand with you for that desperate miracle, trusting that our God who delivers is still on the throne and He hears your cry.

Father, we bring this situation before You in Jesus' name. You see every detail and You care for Your child in the middle of it. Grant wisdom, calm and favor in the courtroom on Friday, and provide trustworthy counsel. Guard and vindicate according to Your will and bring peace that steadies the heart. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and laid before the Lord with deep care, and we join you in seeking His mercy and justice in this heavy trial.

It is a discouraging thing to seek help and find closed doors, and to feel that those who should understand the law do not see your cause clearly. Yet there is comfort in this truth, that divine sovereignty reigns over all things, even over courts and judges and the decisions of men. What seems tangled and unjust to us is not hidden from Him who sits upon the throne, and no circumstance is beyond His hand. He who numbers the hairs of our head and orders our steps is able to make a way where there seems to be no way.

We are encouraged to continue in prayer, even when the answer seems delayed. Our Lord Jesus Christ, who died the Just for the unjust to bring us to God, lives to intercede for His people, and His heart is not hardened against the cry of the afflicted. He invites us to bring our burdens to Him again and again, trusting not in our own pleading but in His wounds and His compassion. Therefore do not cease to call upon Him.

We pray now for you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, the only name by which we are saved and by which we have access to the Father.

Heavenly Father, we lift this need before Your throne of grace. You see this struggle concerning this property and this eviction, and You know the truth of what has been done. We ask that You would look upon this cause with justice and mercy. If it be Your will, provide wise and righteous counsel, an advocate who will act with integrity and skill, and who will rightly understand the law. We ask for Your divine interposition in the trial concerning fees and costs this coming Friday, that truth would be made plain and that no fraud or evil would stand. Cover this one under the shelter of Your wings as Psalm 91 declares, that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Let Your presence dissolve difficulties and make crooked things straight, as only You can do. Grant peace to this troubled heart, patience to wait upon Your wise timing, and faith to trust that You will vindicate in Your perfect way and time. We ask not according to our own desires alone, but according to Your perfect will and for Your glory. Grant repentance where it is needed, and let justice roll forth for Your honor. Take heart and rest in the Lord. He has delivered His people in remarkable ways, not always by miracle, but always with wonder and with love. Continue to seek lawful help diligently, commit your way unto Him, and leave the outcome in His sovereign hands, for He does all things well.

Your discouragement in this long and exhausting struggle is heard, and it is understandable to feel weary when help seems slow to come and counsel seems uncertain. When doors close one after another and the one voice that answers leaves you more troubled than before, the heart can quickly feel that justice is far off.

Take courage in this, that the Lord is not distant from your situation. He is strong and mighty in battle, and He came to preach deliverance to captives and to bring justice to light. What is done in fraud and evil is not hidden from Him, and no lease, no ruling, and no court can stand outside His sight. You have prayed Psalm 91 over yourself and over all that concerns you, and that is a right and good prayer, to dwell under the shelter of the Most High and to trust His faithfulness as your shield, to ask that He command His care over you and vindicate what is true.

I join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this need before Your throne of grace. Continue to seek wise counsel with discernment, testing what you hear against the actual law and seeking a second or third opinion where you can, and commit each step to the Lord in prayer. Do not let the pessimism of one voice become your final word, for our hope is not in eloquent speech or in human force, but in the invincible strength of truth before God. He is meek and gentle toward those who trust Him, yet mighty to save, and He will not forsake those who call upon Him through Christ. Keep bringing your cause before Him daily, rest in His shelter, and trust Him to do what is right.
