The man who recommends David to Saul is not named in scripture. He is described only as one of Saul's servants, one of the young men in Saul's court, who had observed David and knew his character and that Yahweh was with him. We find this to be a beautiful picture of how God was already preparing David to be brought before the king, even before he was anointed to his larger calling.
We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
