If You Can Pray For Me Again..... ...

Hi,

I have been off work sick for 6 weeks and got in to trouble with them as a result of a sicknote. (I posted here because of that last week) I then asked you all to pray AGAIN because I was worried about not being able to afford Christmas.

I am here again and once again asking for your prayers if you can't then that's ok as I know I am always asking.

To cut a long story short I got half pay today and this has to last until the end of January. I am so scared as full pay barely pays the bills. We struggle even on that. I support my ### and we can't even afford to get through Christmas this week. I am so so worried and to be honest can not face another year of struggling like every year before. How am I to get through this next week and month I just don't know, I am so sad.

My ### is putting on a brave face but I promised her I would help her for Christmas and now I can't and she is facing another month with nothing. Bless her she offered to help me and she gets so little.

Please pray that we can get a wee lift some way some how and get out of this constant financial mess.

I know it is hard but try looking at the good

You still have your job. Last week you were worried that you were going to lose it. God allowed you to keep your job. This is a temporary setback. So let God handle this as well. He is showing you to be a wise steward of your finances. I had suggested before try homemade gifts. Me and my son usually do this every Christmas and everyone likes them. Make jam or soup mixes. People will be grateful that you thought about them vs. you not doing anything.

God is faithful; he is more than all the troubles and situations people face all over the whole world. He is bigger than the trouble you are facing right now. Listen to the way you see God; that is how he will work for you. The children of Israel said they couldn't conquer the land because the people living there were bigger and stronger than they were. Hear what God says: "As long as I live, as I hear you say, so shall I do unto you." And he destroyed them, and they did not enter the promised land. But Caleb and Joshua stood their ground and said, "We will overcome them because we have a big God on our side," and they did. Don't say negative things about your situation; know that God is able to carry you through. He that keeps you living will not leave you nor forsake you.

Let's pray: Father, have mercy on me. Forgive me for making you small. I confess that you are all-powerful and able to carry me through, whether I have a job or not. Thank you for life and all that you have been doing for me and my mum. We surrender it all to you to carry us through this time. We know that you are faithful to your words that you will not leave me nor forsake me. You will provide my needs according to your riches in Christ Jesus. Father, help me to draw closer to you and allow your will in my life, not my way. Teach me your way and guide me to see your glory and make me bring glory to your name. Make me to seek you first. Thank you, Lord, in Jesus' name. I pray, amen.

Let’s Pray… God I ask in Jesus’ name, walk through my home, the homes of all my Christian family members, Christian friends (but especially my home Lord Jesus), and the writer of this prayer, take away all our worries, fears, and doubts that You will come through for us. Come through for us Lord Jesus as You have promised in Your Word. Fix what is wrong in our lives and in our homes. Deliver us from all fears and anxieties. Deliver us from evil. If there is anything in our lives that is not of You God, Deliver us from it. God let the favor of God be upon us. Let Your presence, wisdom, understanding, strength, courage, protection, healing and deliverance power be with us and rest upon our lives. Let love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, and self-control rest in us and upon us. Let all the fruits of the Holy Spirit be in operation in all our lives. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in each of us. Bless us with the desires of our heart that is the will of God for our lives. Bless us. Supply all our need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Bless us with new jobs, better jobs, promotions, raises, and increase in our finances. Bless each of us with wisdom to become wise stewards over all that You have or will bless us with. But most importantly, let our lifestyle be shaped by the Word of God. Teach us all how to love, honor, and respect You with our life, spirit, soul, and body. And God all my family and friends that are not saved, I ask that You will send someone into their lives and minister the gift of salvation unto them. Save my family and friends Lord Jesus. I ask all of this in Jesus’ name. Amen!!!
