I was dismissed from my work unfairly. I challenged my dismissal through the arbitration. I won the case and was granted an award in my favor to be reinstated and be paid back the 7 months that I was out of job by the 9 January 2017. To my disappointment, at work they declined my arbitration award and said they are challenging my award and I should not go back to work. My lawyers have today applied to the labour court for a court order for my reinstatement. Please pray for me.
