I was an assistant teacher for a while and now, as of the second week in January, I was promoted to lead teacher. The room I was promoted in had two teachers quit, so I inherited a fragile preschool class with extremely concerned parents. Today I received an email from a parent who wants things to be in place at our school that we just don't do. It has been explained to her several times; however, it falls on deaf ears. I am frustrated, depressed, and mentally drained about other things, and this is just the icing on the cake. I am putting one hundred percent of myself into the class and room. I cannot do much more. Please pray she comes to the understanding that a 1-2 year old doesn't necessarily know all their colors, shapes, numbers... they are in the learning process of it. Please pray.
