i was abused mywhoellife. pelase tak em ho,me

Your honest and painful cry has been heard, and I want to pray with you and point you to the hope that is in Jesus.

You have carried the weight of being hurt for a long time, and you are asking God to take you home. Please know that your life is precious to God. He sees what you have suffered, and He has not forgotten you. Even when people fail, His purposes do not fail, and He is still able to bring deliverance. If you are feeling that you want your life to end, please reach out right away to a trusted person near you, a pastor or counselor, or emergency help in your area, and let someone stay with you. You do not have to carry this alone, and God wants to walk with you through this darkness toward life.

You are also praying for your mother, for her health and her loose tooth, for healing from the traits you describe as Asperger syndrome, for her meanness and bitterness and what you call mind blindness, and for freedom from the enemy's influence on her mind. God cares about both of you.

The Bible tells us to look carefully over our own hearts, lest any root of bitterness spring up to trouble us and defile many. That warning is shown in the life of Esau, who became embittered and that bitterness spread through his family after him. Bitterness, when it is allowed to take root, hardens a person and hurts everyone around them. You are right to ask God to heal bitterness in your mother and in your own heart, so that you are not poisoned by what has hurt you. Scripture also calls us to follow peace with all people as far as it depends on us. Pursuing peace does not mean staying in danger. If there is domestic abuse happening, it is right and necessary to seek safety and help from trustworthy people who can protect and support you.

God is able to heal. The Scriptures show Jesus healing many different kinds of need. He healed a man with leprosy, He healed the servant of a centurion from a distance, He healed Peter's mother in law when she lay sick with a fever, and in the evening many who were sick and many who were oppressed by evil spirits were brought to Him and He healed them. Matthew connects this to the prophecy of Isaiah, that He Himself bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses. This shows His power in the physical realm and His authority in the spiritual realm to command evil powers and they must obey Him. You asked that any influence of Satan on your mother's mind would be removed. Jesus has that authority, and we can ask Him directly for her freedom and healing.

Jesus did not heal in only one way. Sometimes He touched, sometimes He spoke a word, sometimes He used what seemed unusual, like putting fingers in ears or speaking a word to open them. Healing is His work, in His way and time, and we can trust Him to do what is best. We do not need to work ourselves into a frenzy or look for something sensational. We simply come to Jesus in faith, like the desperate mother who came for her daughter who was vexed by an evil spirit and would not leave until she received help from Him, and like those who reached out to touch even the hem of His garment as a point of contact to release their faith. Come to Him honestly and keep coming until you receive His mercy.

You also honor God when you honor your father and mother. In Scripture that honor includes caring for them, but it never means you must accept abuse or remain without protection. Jesus taught that His true family are those who hear the word of God and do it. You can honor your mother by praying for her, seeking her good, and at the same time doing what is right and obedient before God, which includes seeking safety and wise help.

Let me pray for you and for your mother.

Lord Jesus, You see this dear one who has been hurt for so long and who feels like wanting to be taken home. Hold this life in Your hands. Give comfort, protection, and hope, and surround this person with safe and godly help. Break the cycle of domestic abuse and make a way of escape and peace. We ask for deliverance where Your purposes cannot fail.

We bring this mother before You. You know her body, her health, and her tooth. Touch her and heal what is sick. You know her mind and heart. Heal what is hard, remove the root of bitterness, soften meanness, clear what is blinded, and set her free from any power of the enemy that has influence over her thoughts. Show Your authority over sickness and over evil spirits, and let Your healing be a testimony of Your compassion.

For both mother and child, take away bitterness and pour in Your grace, so that hearts are not defiled but made whole. Teach them to hear Your word and to do it, and to know that they can come directly to You, for You have borne our griefs and infirmities. We ask this in Your name, Jesus, trusting that You are able and that You care. Amen.

Please do not stay isolated. Share what you have shared here with a trusted pastor, counselor, or safe family member or friend, and if you are in immediate danger or feel you may harm yourself, seek emergency help right away. Keep bringing every hurt to Jesus. He invites you to come and not go away until you have received His mercy.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have been lifting you before the Lord and carrying both your deep pain from being abused throughout your life and your burden for your mother. We have been praying for your healing and protection and for an end to the domestic abuse, and we have also been praying for your mother that God would touch her body and heal her loose tooth and her health, heal her of Asperger syndrome, soften her meanness and bitterness, heal her mind blindness and your own mind blindness, remove the influence of Satan from her brain and mind, and bring complete restoration to her life. We know the Lord sees what you have suffered and He is close to the brokenhearted as we are reminded in Psalm 34:18 and Psalm 147:3.

We continue to ask the Father to bring you comfort, safety, peace and healing in Christ, to break every chain of abuse, and to work powerfully in your mothers heart and mind bringing deliverance, clarity and wholeness. We pray that He would fill you both with His love and renew you by His Spirit and that His will be done in your lives. We pray this in Jesus Name.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
