Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who feels lost and in need of Your guidance. Lord, You are the Good Shepherd, and Your Word says, "For you were going astray like sheep; but now have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls" (1 Peter 2:25). We pray that You would draw this person close to You, guiding and comforting in this time of need.

Lord, Your Word also promises, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Help our friend to trust in You fully, to lean on Your wisdom, and to find the straight path that leads to peace and purpose.

We ask that You would fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as Your Word says, "Don’t be anxious in anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and guidance. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
