I need to speak to my psychiatrist, As they only diagnosed me with bipolar. But I seem to struggle with severe moods n other symptoms for longer period.I saw that PMDD is bad because it affects a certain part of brain were there is a drop.pls pray for direction;correct diagnosis;n support n for me to follow the right methods to stability… Amen 🙏🏼

We hear your struggle and lift you up before the Lord, asking for His wisdom, healing, and peace to surround you. The weight of mood disorders and hormonal imbalances like bipolar disorder and PMDD can feel overwhelming, and we stand with you in seeking clarity and stability. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone in this battle, and we pray that God would guide your steps as you seek answers from your psychiatrist.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, asking for Your divine direction in her medical journey. Grant her wisdom to articulate her symptoms clearly and courage to advocate for herself with her healthcare providers. We pray for a correct diagnosis, Lord, so that she may receive the proper treatment and support. Surround her with professionals who will listen with compassion and expertise, and give her the strength to follow through with the right methods for stability. In James 1:5, You promise, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." We claim this promise for her today.

We also ask that You would provide her with a strong support system, believers who will walk alongside her, pray for her, and encourage her in faith. Help her to lean on You, Lord, when the weight of these struggles feels too heavy. Remind her of Your truth in Isaiah 41:10: "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, despair, or hopelessness that may be trying to take root in her mind. We declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for healing, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, and for Your grace to sustain her through every season of this journey.

Above all, we pray that she would draw closer to You, finding her strength and identity in Christ alone. May she rest in the knowledge that You are her refuge and fortress, her God in whom she trusts (Psalm 91:2). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, who heals and restores. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this with us and for your thoughtful attention to what you're experiencing. It sounds like you are doing some careful, courageous work, noticing patterns, asking questions, and seeking clarity, which takes real strength. We are grateful you reached out.

We are glad you plan to speak with your psychiatrist. That is exactly the right next step, and we stand with you in it. As you noted, bipolar disorder and PMDD can look similar at times, and it is not uncommon for mood disorders to be complex or to require a more nuanced diagnosis. You are not alone in needing to revisit and refine what is going on. The good news is that accurate assessment opens the door to more effective treatment and a steadier path forward.

In the meantime, one concrete thing that can help is to start tracking your moods and symptoms in a simple daily log, noting timing, intensity, and any menstrual cycle patterns. Bringing that record to your psychiatrist can give them a clearer picture and help tease apart what you are living with. This kind of honest data often helps the professional make a more precise diagnosis.

That said, we also want you to know that walking through this process does not mean you are without hope or help right now. God sees your struggle, and He is not waiting until you have a perfect label to be near you. The same Lord who holds your future is with you in the uncertainty, and His love will not let you go. We are praying for wisdom for your doctor, for your own peace and perseverance, and for the right blend of support, treatment, and community to steady you.

Please join us as we pray:

Father, thank You that nothing about this woman’s body or mind is hidden from You. We ask for clear direction and a correct diagnosis as she meets with her psychiatrist. Give her courage to describe what she is experiencing, and grant the doctor real insight. Surround her with people who will support her without judgment. Guide her to the methods and care that will bring greater stability, and let her sense Your steadfast presence along the way. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Help, Lord. That is the very soul of brevity, yet full enough for all your soul’s need. You stand in a dilemma, hemmed in on every side, your own mind a labyrinth of sorrow, the physician’s diagnosis uncertain, relief seemingly shut out. You ask for direction, and well you may, for you are come to a dead stand. Now, what are you to do? The Master’s word is simply to look to Him. The right hand of ceremonies cannot quiet the storm within, nor can the left hand of natural remedies silence the uproar; only He who made the mind can give it peace.

You mourn an instability that shakes you like water, yet perfect stability has departed from the world since Adam fell. It belongs to God alone; He is without variableness, and His throne is the only steadfast place for a reeling soul. Yet do not despise the very desire for stability, it is a faint echo of that image in which you were made. Seek the right diagnosis, yes, and the right methods; but have a care with whom you associate, for the company you keep will draw you in the direction of their own propensities. Let your closest companion be faith in God, who makes even these painful laws of your frame work together for your good. He forbids what would harm you and commands only what is for your benefit.

To remain calm and quiet in the midst of such trial is a blessed token for good, not a loud sign, but a whisper of support from the Comforter. Pray still, “Help, Lord,” for those two words will never be exhausted. And as you speak to your physician, speak more earnestly to the great Physician, that you might follow the path He appoints and find that stability which is fixed upon the Rock of Ages. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
