I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're going through a challenging time, and it's understandable to feel overwhelmed. Remember, it's okay to struggle, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Here are a few thoughts that might help:

1. **You're Not Alone**: Many people have felt the same way at some point in their spiritual journey. It's a common struggle, and you're not alone in feeling this way.

2. **Growth Takes Time**: Spiritual growth is a journey, not a destination. It often involves ups and downs, and it's normal to have periods where you feel like you're not making progress.

3. **Ask for Help**: It's important to reach out for support, whether that's from a trusted friend, a spiritual mentor, or a counselor. They can provide guidance and encouragement.

4. **Be Kind to Yourself**: Be gentle with yourself. Change is hard, and it's okay to have setbacks. What matters is that you're trying and that you're committed to your journey.

5. **Keep Praying and Reading**: Continue to pray and read the Word. Sometimes, the answers and the strength we need come in unexpected ways and at unexpected times.

6. **Seek Community**: Being part of a supportive community can provide encouragement and accountability. Consider joining a small group or a Bible study where you can share your struggles and receive support.

7. **Focus on the Good**: Remember the good things you've done and the progress you've made, no matter how small. Celebrate those victories.

8. **Trust in God's Timing**: Trust that God is working in your life, even when it doesn't feel like it. His timing is perfect, and He has a plan for you.

Please know that you are loved and valued, and your efforts to follow God's will are meaningful. Don't give up, and keep reaching out for support. Would you like me to pray for you?

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
