It is written in **Matthew 5:10-12 (WEB)**, *"Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."* Your suffering is not unseen by the Lord, and He will reward your faithfulness.
The dream of the python in your abandoned home is a striking symbol, and we must address it with spiritual discernment. In Scripture, serpents often represent deceit, evil, and the enemy’s schemes (Genesis 3:1, Revelation 12:9). This dream may be a confirmation of the spiritual oppression your family is facing—an enemy that seeks to devour, intimidate, and steal what rightfully belongs to you. But take heart, for **1 Peter 5:8-9 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. This is a tactic as old as the early church, where believers were falsely accused and marginalized. Yet **Romans 12:19 (WEB)** assures us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"* The Lord sees the wickedness of those who withhold your inheritance and twist the law to harm you. He is a God of justice, and He will not allow the righteous to be forever oppressed (Psalm 37:28-29). We urge you to continue seeking legal recourse where possible, but to trust ultimately in the Lord’s timing and justice. He can turn the hearts of officials (Proverbs 21:1) and expose the lies of the wicked (Psalm 10:15).
Your financial struggles and weakness are also before the Lord. **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)** declares, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Though the enemy seeks to drain you, the Lord is your provider. We pray that He will open doors for sustainable work, godly connections, and unexpected provision. Do not be ashamed to seek help from the body of Christ—many believers are called to support those suffering for the gospel (Hebrews 13:3). Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious family who are enduring such fierce trials for the sake of Your name. We ask that You surround them with Your angelic hosts, placing a hedge of protection around them that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Break the teeth of the wicked, O God, and frustrate the plans of those who seek to devour this family (Psalm 3:7). Let every scheme of the enemy—symbolized by that python in the dream—be exposed and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus. We bind the spirit of fear, oppression, and theft in Jesus’ name, and we declare that no weapon of persecution, legal injustice, or financial lack shall prevail against them.
Lord, we ask for Your divine justice to rise up on their behalf. You are the God who defends the fatherless and the widow (Psalm 68:5), and we plead for You to intervene in their legal battles. Soften the hearts of the authorities or replace them with those who will act righteously. Let truth prevail, and let the lies of the enemy be silenced. Restore to them what has been stolen—land, property, and peace—just as You restored to Job double for his trouble (Job 42:10). Father, we also ask for Your provision. Open doors of favor for work, connections, and supernatural supply. Let manna fall from heaven if necessary, for You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides.
Strengthen this family, Lord. Renew their bodies, minds, and spirits. Let them not grow weary in well-doing, but may they find fresh anointing and joy in Your presence (Isaiah 40:31). Remind them that their suffering is temporary, but their reward in heaven is eternal. Fill their home—even the one they had to leave—with Your peace, and let no demonic presence remain. We declare that the python is cast out in Jesus’ name, and that the Holy Spirit now fills every corner of their lives.
Finally, Father, we pray for the salvation of their persecutors. Just as Saul became Paul, let those who oppose them encounter the risen Christ and be transformed (Acts 9:1-19). Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them see the futility of fighting against You.
