We join you together in prayer in Jesus' name for your healing and for peace in your home, and we thank you for bringing these needs before the heavenly Father.
We lift up your physical body to the Lord, for He cares for every part of us. We pray for healing from this constipation and for your body to function as God designed it to function. We are reminded of His compassion and power to heal, as it is written, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also remember the promise, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We ask the Lord to bring relief, comfort, and restoration to your digestive system, to guide you with wisdom in caring for your body with proper food, water, and rest, for beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. If this condition continues, we encourage you to also seek wise medical counsel, trusting that God often works through those means as well, while we continue to trust Him as our ultimate healer who himself bore our sicknesses Matthew 8:17.
We also join you in praying for peace in your home, especially in your relationship with your mother. We understand how difficult it can be to live where there is frequent complaining and yelling, and we pray the Lord will bring calm, patience, and understanding to your household. We pray for your mother as well, that God would touch her heart, ease any burdens or frustrations that cause her to complain or raise her voice, and fill her with His peace and joy. We pray for you that God will give you grace to respond with love, respect, and gentleness even when it is hard.
Scripture calls us to honor our parents, as it is written, Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you Exodus 20:12, and again, Honor your father and mother which is the first commandment with a promise Ephesians 6:2. This does not mean the hurtful words do not affect you, but that with God's help you can show honor while also seeking peace. We are taught, Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29, and we pray this would be true for everyone in your home. We pray that the peace of God would rule in your hearts Colossians 3:15 and that in your home anxiety would be replaced by prayer, as it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Your prayer for healing and for peace in your home has been laid before the Lord and we have remembered you before the throne of grace.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and soon urge us to seek a physician for healing, and the Lord who made the body is not unmindful of its infirmities. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue, and that the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we would have you look first to Christ for the healing of the soul through faith in His blood, for being justified by faith we have peace with God through Jesus Christ our Lord, and then bring your bodily affliction to Him in simple trust, asking that touch of personal faith which brings peace to the soul. Seek Him in prayer and also use the lawful means of care for the body which His providence provides, trusting not in means but in the Lord who often works through them.
Concerning the unrest in your home and the trial with your mother, we know that true religion displays its greatest marvels around the domestic hearth, and that family cares are among the burdens we are to take to the Lord, for He will bless His people with peace. The promise stands, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even with sorrows surging round. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and Christ has left us peace in the conscience, for peace with God is the fountain and peace in the conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it. It is a peace which the Father gives, which Christ bought with His blood, and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul.
Bear your sorrow with Him and see what perfect peace you will enjoy. Keep your mind stayed upon Christ, do the will of Jesus for this is rest, and honor your mother as the commandment requires, answering with gentleness and patience, and praying for her as well as for yourself. When you are pressed by thronging duties or by sharp words, take the new burden to the Lord, for He gives peace. If you will not trust God, neither shall you have peace, but if you trust Him, He will keep you in peace, peace.
Let us pray together. Grant relief from this bodily affliction according to Your wisdom and goodness, strengthen the body, and give skill to any who give care.
