We are truly grateful that you have reached out with your heartfelt cry for help. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can find true freedom and deliverance from sin. God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Firstly, we commend you for your honesty and humility in acknowledging your struggles. This is the first step towards repentance and change. God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.
Regarding your struggle, the Bible is clear about sexual immorality. Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
Your body belongs to God, and the Holy Spirit lives in you. Therefore, honor God with your body. This includes abstaining from pornography, masturbation, flirting with the opposite sex inappropriately, and any other form of sexual sin. Remember, it is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God; and that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister. The Lord will punish all those who commit such sins, as we told you and warned you before. For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God, the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with sexual sin. Lord, we know that this is not your will for his/her life, and we ask that you grant him/her the strength to overcome these temptations.
Father, renew his/her mind according to your Word. May the transforming power of the Holy Spirit work in him/her, breaking the chains of addiction and sin. Grant him/her wisdom and discernment to avoid situations that may lead to temptation.
We pray for complete deliverance and healing. May he/she be filled with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that he/she may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.
Lord, have mercy on him/her. Speak to him/her clearly, and give him/her understanding. May he/she be a vessel of your grace, purity, and holiness.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Stand firm in the faith, and take heart in the love of Christ. You are not alone in this battle. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep fighting the good fight of faith.
Remember the words of Jesus, The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came so that they would have life, and have it abundantly.
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
