We are with you in spirit, dear brother or sister, and we appreciate your honesty and humility in coming forward with this request. We are reminded in 1 John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And 1 Corinthians 10:13, No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
First we offer this prayer,
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with the sins of pornography, masturbation, flirting, and other sexual sins. We cry out to You, Lord, for Your mercy, forgiveness, and deliverance.
Father, we pray that You will grant our dear brother or sister true repentance and a steadfast heart to turn away from these sins.
Lord give them strength to flee from sexual immorality. As it says All sins that a man does are outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? And you are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
We pray and agree that You will renew their mind according to Romans 12:2, Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. And that You will grant them wisdom and understanding to walk in Your ways and to stand firm, strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Lord Jesus, you alone can carry them through this temptation. Lord we ask that you not lead them into temptation, but deliver them from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.
Help them to be an example to other believers who may be struggling with these issues as well, and to be a light to those who are lost and trapped in these sins.
We pray for complete deliverance and restoration and ask that You, Lord, would guide them and show them the path to walk in purity and holiness.
Thank you God for your love, full of compassion and mercy; slow to anger, and plenteous in loving kindness.

Remember to take every thought captive in obedience to Christ. We encourage you to memorize applicable verses and pray them when under temptation. Immorality is idolatry. All impurity is spiritual adultery.
As you submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw close to God, and He will draw close to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Never forget that we are here for you, praying and encouraging you in your walk with Christ.
